The apartment is situated 250 m from the seaside in Agria, where you will find restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and a picturesque port with fishermen's boats. Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. An ideal, bright apartment that has sunshine all day round.

Ο χώρος βρίσκεται 16 χιλιόμετρα από τον Βόλο και αποτελεί καλή βάση για εξόρμηση στο Πήλιο.

It's a 3rd floor apartment with a floor lift(at the center of the main building), freshly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom,double bed size, sofa, dressing table, 42' inch tv,stand bar, polarized balcony door with a nice view of the sea.
