The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but it suited us. located 15 minutes from the Obri-Hrac hike, which offers a nice view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth visiting. Responsive hosts, but inquire ahead of time about the possibilities of activities in the area. Shared washing machine with the other listing.

We had a fantastic time. It is a great little apartment with a great terrace and equipment that really leaves nothing to be desired. The hostess was super friendly and helpful. We got fresh laundry again and again and again and even there were cakes, at the same time we were super private. The area is beautiful. You can really do a lot. Hach this was a really nice vacation. We had a great time staying at the place. Everything you need is there and the landlords who live next door are really super nice and helpful!! It all worked out and we were very satisfied. The amenities just need to be revised. There are smoke detectors and also several blow dryers and Wi-Fi are also provided. it was a nice few days between the years :) thank you!

We stayed with Nathalie for the second time and felt very comfortable. Everything clean and very individually decorated. There's something new to discover every time. Since we were there every time in winter, we did not yet enjoy the beautiful garden and the great terrace. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is centrally located and everything is within walking distance (train station, center, restaurants, bakery...). Nathalie is the warmth in person. We'll be happy to come back.

A really nice house with two terraces. One of them is beautiful and allowed us to have breakfast in the sun. The rooms are spacious. The place has great potential, with a few repairs it could be a dream place.

The place was wonderful! We had everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean and pure. The scenery is phenomenal. The cows graze in the wide fields, you have the forests and mountains in the distance. Communication with Simone was quick and friendly. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and would be happy to come back!

Perfect for groups with several people or couples due to many rooms and bathrooms. Communication was smooth over the phone. Kitchen is very well-equipped. All information according to the previously distributed contract - i.e. wood, tourist tax and electricity were charged extra afterwards. Location is perfect for nature lovers, as well as great for children.

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

The place was great, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. Someone came by twice a day and heated it up. If anyone is wondering now if there was possibly no warm water at times or if it gets cold in the accommodation, I can give the all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water (13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat the room was very friendly and always very careful not to attract attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. We had the most wonderful time at Vaseks' house. It felt like a little oasis with everything you could need and want. The garden is huge, the view is beautiful and there is everything and more to not worry about anything and take a little break from life. Everything was very clean and there was a lot of room to put our things, like bathroom closets, empty fridge, etc. We didn‘t bring any kids, but it is a kids paradise: a trampoline, games and toys, swings, and so much more, they will not get bored. Communication with Vasek was very easy (not too much, not too little). He gave great recommendations on what to do in the area (walks, hikes , swimming in the river, old castles and shops in town) and helped when we needed it. The atmosphere of the house felt more like staying with family or friends (without actually seeing them) than an airbnb. Highly recommended to anyone!

Beautiful house, both on the outside and the inside. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Large fridge and freezer. A lot of things are made available to you as a guest, of course with the expectation that you handle things carefully. Nice pool, which is easily accessible from all rooms. Pool water was on the cold side!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.

We were so happy with everything. The place is lovely, clean, cozy and mega large. The area is super quiet, you can relax very well there. We had everything you need in a place to stay. Katrin is super sweet and immediately helped if you wanted to know something or needed something. You immediately feel comfortable in this place and we were really sad when we had to leave again. We will certainly come back.
