You will enter through the fitted kitchen,then in the living area with fireplace. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with two beds and one shower room with toilet. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with the services of a village in direct access. The accommodation is located behind our main residence.

The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Welcome to the Hôtel de la Louvre! Built in 1659, the building in which the apartment is located is one of the oldest in Rennes still standing. The monumental staircase and facade are classified as historical monuments. It is a 5-minute walk to the square and the Sainte-Anne metro station, and 10 minutes to the parliament.
