You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Set within a large private mature garden which is fully enclosed the cottage features a really comfortable interior making it the ideal place to visit all year round. Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

The Saint Louis is a spacious and bright apartment located on the top floor of a quiet building dating from the 18th century, and all this in the heart of Rennes. Recently renovated, it is ideal for exploring the city or for business trips. This 90 m2 apartment is located in a typical building of old Rennes close to all amenities and major sights. You will fall in love with its exposed beams and the view of the rooftops of Rennes, all in authenticity!

Bring the whole family or workers to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious, bright, and independent, you will feel right at home. Three bedrooms are available: one with a 160/200 cm bed, one with a 140/190 cm bed, and a children's room with a 90 cm bed plus a changing table and a baby cot. An equipped kitchen area (dishwasher and washing machine). Closed and well-closed outdoor area, free parking. Dog and cat accepted.

For a stay in a green and very quiet setting. Fully-equipped kitchen, nice garden nook overlooking a little pond. BBQ grill for summer and fireplace for winter (wood provided). Ideally located for many tourist circuits (Le Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Dinard ...). For the youngest , they will be able to enjoy close to the leisure base of the Villecartier forest (tree climbing, mini boat ride...).

Come and discover this charming fully furnished barn less than 30 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel. Located in the heart of the village (Way of St. James) and close to the Château du Rocher Portail (5 Km), Château de Fougères (15 Km). St James Military Cemetery (10 km) Lovers of nature, flea markets and antiques, come and recharge your batteries in our barn and our small village where you will find all amenities.
