The host's behavior was very friendly. He is someone who gives suggestions and can return if needed. He was always good-natured. We were very happy with the house. The garden, the arrangement, the furniture used in the rooms, the spaciousness were all very nice. A place to spend time in peace. Since the house is located in the historical Greek streets of Ayvalık, we had a little difficulty in parking and bringing the car home, but this lasted 1 or 2 days for us, and the houses are very close to the city center.

Great host, kind and thoughtful. The home was super clean and didn't miss anything. The neighborhood is quiet and the market is just a short distance away. I highly recommend it.

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. Zeynep was a wonderful host and welcomed us with toys, pencils and coloring paper for our kids. The upstairs bedroom especially has a gorgeous view and is beautifully decorated. It’s a short walk downtown and to plenty of restaurants. For our rental car we always managed to find nearby street parking. If you are planning on using more than the upstairs bedroom in the heat of the summer, be advised that the second and third bedrooms on the middle floor are not as cool as they only have fans and not separate ac units. The top and bottom floor are easily kept wonderfully cool

We stayed for 2 days with four girlfriends, we asked to leave early because we arrived early, we had a pleasant time with its walking distance to everywhere, its cleanliness and its fireplace in the enclosed garden, thank you.

We had a great stay at Yalcin's villa! The place was clean, nicely decorated and ideal for families with children – there were lots of toys that our little ones were very happy about. The pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. Shopping is nearby. Yalcin speaks good German and was very friendly and helpful. Clear recommendation!

Mrs. Gizem, who welcomes us with her peaceful garden, beautiful-faced employees, clean rooms and incredible positive energy, and sends us off with the same energy :))) I want to say this to guests who are thinking of staying for a tremendous but tremendous breakfast, do not think and go.. First of all, thanks to our wonderful host. The house was beyond our dreams, clean and spacious. He was just a phone call away for all our questions and problems, but of course, everything you can think of, from directions to the use of the house, was so carefully and thoughtfully thought out that we didn't even need to ask questions about anything😊. All the amenities listed in the house description, kitchen utensils, spare sheets, pillows, towels, etc. were more than enough. Even sunscreen was thought of. The pool was very clean, we enjoyed it with our😊 son. Thanks to the natural air conditioning due to the location of the house, we never needed to use the air conditioning even though the temperature was around 35 degrees. Compared to all the other holidays we've had so far, this was by far the happiest holiday we've ever had. We were in Candarlıda for a short time with my wife and son, we will definitely come again as soon as possible.

We stayed for 2 nights, Mr. Ismail was very hospitable. Taylıeli village was calm and peaceful. The views of the villa, especially at sunrise and sunset, were wonderful. We also took advantage of Mr. Ismail's guide and toured the area beautifully. We brought our parents and they had a calm and peaceful holiday. The beds, towels, everything in the house was clean, we just felt the need to sweep and wipe the floors, it was a little dusty, otherwise there was no problem with cleaning. The kitchen was clean and had basic supplies, my only criticism is that some items such as the toaster and tea maker might need to be replaced. We had a nice 2 days in general, Mr. Ismail was always open to help. We'd love to come back.

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. The area of the house does not disturb the heat even in the heat of the summer. There's everything a family needs in the house. Thank you for everything, Ms. Aslihan.

Beautiful house, clean interior, great place etc…. Pool was extremely clean and warm, kids didn’t got out of it all day! We will be back again

First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

Are you captivated by cozy streets with plenty of coffee and tea houses and all kinds of restaurants in your immediate vicinity? Moreover, the sea is a 5-minute walk away and within 15 minutes by minibus at a good swimming beach? Then this is the perfect home. We will definitely be back.

It was a house with an unspoiled spirit of 134 years. We didn't encounter anything to disturb like any smell and squeak. It had a high ceiling and a lovely ambiance. I think those who love this type of concept will definitely like it. Ms. Sevgül was a warm and visionary host as far as can be understood from the decor, concept and cleanliness of the house. We are very satisfied, thank you.

We stayed at Savaş (Baris) 's house for 3 days and everything was perfect. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. Being very close to the sea was a big advantage. The setting was quite calm and beautiful, we had a really relaxing experience.
