Celina and Harod were a great host, especially Celina. She was honest and provided alternative solutions whenever something wasn’t working out. The price for the place was just right, it might have been more expensive than other places, but the view and accommodations were definitely worth it. Celina was great with communication too. Very green flag for this listing.

Friendly and accommodating host. Place generally clean. Few issues like there's no soap and shampoo but this is very minor. I think I will have no issue staying at this place again.

It was a great place to stay. All the things we need are provided except for the tissue which is one of the most important things for me when going in a condo or hotel. But overall, I like the place. I felt comfortable.

I had a great stay at this place! It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials like pots, pans, and a chopping board, which made cooking convenient. The air conditioning was cold and worked perfectly, and the listing matched exactly what was advertised—truly amazing. I also appreciated the free toiletries and drinking water provided, which were a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

It was my very first time in the Philippines and I’m very happy to say I will be choose this location again and again the owner was very helpful with all of our needs the place was perfect and made us feel at home and the location was super safe me and my fiancé walked to the store many times at night and it was very safe and lots of friendly people to foreigners I will truly miss this apartment but I can’t wait to come back on my next trip back

To be honest, this is one of the best AIRBNB staycation we’ve been to so far! Sir Andy was really cooperative, helpful, kind and caring person. We were able to make an early check-in and late check-out with Sir. Andy as long as he has no other guests. His place is really spotless and clean. Well equipped kitchen and furnitures. I would say his apartment studio would really make you feel like at home—really comfortable and cold AC as well. I would say also his house is semi-smart with their electronics and it’s designed to conserve energy and save water. What you see in the description, is what you get! Recommended and 5 starts for Sir. Andy!

The place is good and also the location is located between Abreeza mall and SM Lanang which is awesome.

This was a last minute rental and the host was most accommodating. The unit is beautiful and has 2 balconies. I highly recommend renting this unit when you are in Davao.

We had a very nice stay here. The apartment looks as described in pictures and was very clean and pretty inside. Host was responsive while we checked in late at night and had to extend our stay. The only drawback is the bed is a little small for two people and the positioning of the tv below the bed makes it hard to watch in the bedroom. All in all great value and would stay again next time I’m in Davao.

Spending out Anniv Day here was the best decision we've made. It was close to a Mall and though it's beside the road you won't feel that it is crowded or hear any noises as it is located in the upper level or the penthouse. The bathtub was plus points as we love to do relaxation while dipping in the water. The magnificent view of Mount Apo while working is superb. Their kitchen is well equiped though needs a little improvement (scissors & sharp knife). For a couple who's working remotely & love to do gaming, the WIFI was fast and we love it. 100% recommended and will definitely go back.

I would always love to return again should I get the opportunity!!
