For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Lovingly furnished 38 sqm apartment located directly on Lake Tegernsee in St. Quirin. The newly furnished apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring Lake Tegernsee. A swimming beach is located across the street. On foot you can reach our local mountain, the Neureuth and the Tegernsee high trail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Only for 1 or 2 persons (included children) 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
