The room is good worth money , if you have car will be better for you I stay there without car so abit hard to get food and not much restaurant around expensive for grab food delivery

If you are looking for a home away from home come here. Free breakfast every day and jump into the pool after. They take care of you like your aunties and even have their own tailor where I got many bespoke linen trousers that I’ve always wanted. They have bikes free to rent which we used to cycle to the beach. Or you can walk 20mins into town, but the cars are super cheap. They will recommend lots of activities to do too. It was a special memory I will keep forever. If you want a gym, there are very cheap local gyms nearby we cycled too as well with incredible facilities and views of rice paddy fields. Would come back again, what a lovely family and super cute dog.

It’s a good place to stay who ever wants to visit Da Nang and Hoi An. The host is very good in responding on time and received really well.

Great place, this was our second time staying here and we will be returning again next year. Great place, beautiful pools, very well kept grounds, stunning private beach. We would have loved a clothes drier available. There was a washing machine with drier but you can't put everything in the drier like swim suits. Also drying wet towels every day like that is a waste. We would also love to see a table and chair on the balcony to sit outside and enjoy the views. Something we really missed. Other than that perfect.

I had a really nice stay at this property. Bich was a very kind and professional host, communication was swift and clear. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Hoi An.

The apartment was very large, very clean with a magnificent view, a great balcony and we have all the equipment available (washing machine,hanging rack), staff was super nice. The location is a little far from the center but honestly you are more quiet and it's super nice, it's closer to Hoï An Thank you!

We had good stay with and got allowed to check in early. Smooth communication. Private beach is beautiful and easy to access.

Rony is an excellent person and the property is well kept or superb clean with all necessary fittings while great WiFi made available for guest convenience . Easy to check-in and close the My Khe beach via grab services.

Great location with comfortable beds and very helpful staff. Lan at the front desk provided great information on available shows and site seeing tours. We saw Memories Land show (highly recommend). Great place to stay!

Eddy and Thao's place was lovely. And they were both so helpful with any requests or questions. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Perhaps a few more plates, cutlery etc would have been good, but there was everything I needed. Pool was excellent. The only downside was the location which didn't have a lot around it, restaurants etc. But it's basically essential to have a motorbike in Hoi An anyway so not a big deal. Can't recommend it highly enough. Will stay there again if I go back to Hoi An.

My family had the most wonderful time. Communication from the very start was easy and clear and responded quickly to my questions and requests. The apartment is lovely and as pictured. The resort is excellent and we enjoyed using the facilities and the private beach. Mr.Phuc helped us book transport and tours, which made life easy too! Amazing. Perfect location and short walk to old town. Laundry service available and easy to rent scooter from hotel. Room was just as described and had a nice view from the balcony. Would stay again.

The apartment is exactly like shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is beautiful and also entertaining when the local farmers lead their cattle and goats along the way. The location is half way between Da Nang City and Hoi An, so a good fit, if you like it more quiet and enjoy riding a scooter 20 min to either one of those two destinations. There is a local restaurant where they play loud music and karaoke in the evening (mostly on the weekends) but they finish latest around 10 pm. You can rent a scooter directly with the hotel staff which is comfortable.

I stayed here for a week and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hoi An that wants an amazing ocean view, big balcony, and access to one of the best resorts in the area. The photos don’t do it justice — the balcony wraps around offering commanding views of the ocean and even Da Nang from every room. The beds are super comfortable — the best I had in Vietnam. Two bathrooms one with a shower and the other a tub with a view. The kitchen, while small, has all you need to cook and the host provided generous amounts of water as well. The resort grounds are stellar — with 3 pools incl. indoor, a gym with high quality equipment, and access to the beach. There’s not much happening in the general area, but a 15min l taxi ride gets you into old town which is packed with things to do and eat. There are also two small mini marts near the hotel to get drinks and snacks. As a final note, I left something at the room and the host drove it to the airport in time for my flight. 10/10 service!

Very good resort, but location is terrible, not a single shop within 3 km
