Vacation rentals with beach access in Diemen

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Harm was very attentive as a host and the property matched the descriptions perfectly. Great suburban Amsterdam location with quick access to the centre. The property was spotless and unique and server us as a couple for a weekend getaway perfectly. I am excited to return next time I am in Amsterdam.

Martian’s apartment was exactly what we were after. Comfortable and well positioned with a lovely canal outlook. Easy to walk to from the central train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions like the Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and lots of great places to eat and drink. On check in Martijn also provided a list of local recommendations which was appreciated. We’d definitely stay again!

Would wholeheartedly recommend this place - we had a really lovely stay. This is a warm, homely, stylish and spacious flat. Nice location, in a quiet residential area directly opposite a park and beautiful old water tower, and a few minutes walk to the metro that takes you into central Amsterdam in less than 10 mins. And the hosts were very helpful and communicative.

The apartment was cozy and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location was perfect (not too close to the crowded areas but close enough to easily get to places).

We loved staying in Muiden, such a cute walkable spot with some great restaurants/cafes nearby. Space was clean and had everything we needed. We also walked to the medieval castle which was very cool!

We have spend 5 amazing days in this great house. Perfect for 2 people with or without a child. The welcoming by Mark and Anne was super: friendly, enthusiastic and with great tips on restaurants and things to visit. The interior with all details on the city and Amsterdam (Dutch) icons immediately makes you feel like home. This place literally has everything. Bath, great shower, great kitchen with all amenities, cosy garden, unique toilet,… and enough place to put your personal belongings away. The location is also great with a supermarket and gym around the corner and several good restaurants on walking distance. Touristic spots are also within 15 min travel time. Next time we are in Amsterdam, this is our place to go again!

Ens ha semblat una casa molt bonica i perfecte per anar en família. La possibilitat de passejar amb el paddle pels canals, ens ha encantat! A la casa hi ha totes les joguines necessàries per fer una estada fantàstica per als infants. I el llit elàstic del jardí és una joia! La cuina mo ben equipada i els detalls que ens van regalar com a benvinguda van ser genials! Hi tornarem!

Maison charmante et paisible en bordure de canal avec parking privatif. Belle découverte de la région avec un joli petit port, une belle petite plage et une belle découverte des lieux à vélo! Lotte nous a bien conseillé et est toujours disponible en cas de questions. Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances inoubliables!

Großartige und sehr saubere Unterkunft bei wundervollen und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und liegt in ruhiger Umgebung mit bester ÖPNV Anbindung an ArenA, Ziggo Dome sowie Amsterdam Zentrum. Herzlichen Dank! Annette’s home was a great base to explore Amsterdam with our young family. The house is about a 5-10 minute walk to the tram with regular, quick service to Amsterdam. Stores are about 10-15 mins walk. The area is peaceful and there are beautiful views from the house. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. The bedrooms and living room are large even by American standards. We did not use the garage but it would be very helpful for anyone exploring further afield with a car.

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und haben die Unterkunft von Ben und Inge für 3 Nächte genutzt. Zum einen die Nähe von Amsterdam ( mit Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und dem Zug ab Weesp... total easy ! ) und den echt schönen kleinen Städte Weesp, Muiden und Naarden. Inge hat uns auf Wunsch jeden Morgen ein unfassbar tolles Frühstück gebracht. Sie ist eine tolle sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns bei Ben und Inge total wohl gefühlt und haben Ihre Gastfreundschaft sehr geschätzt. Die kleine eigenständige Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und gemütlich (wie auf den Fotos) eingerichtet. Eigentlich ein richtiger Geheimtipp, ....psst,aber nicht weitersagen :-) Danke Euch, Inge und Ben für die tolle Zeit ! Thomas & Astrid

I absolutely loved the comfort of this home. Beautiful decor, a fantastic location, and such a cozy, welcoming vibe. Kim and Andreas were fantastic and always willing to help!

Wir waren mit einem großen Freundeskreis für vier Tage in Aniques Haus zu Gast. Nach dem persönlichem Empfang und der kleinen Einweisung haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche und die Terrasse war unser Place to be und mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir das Dorf und die naturnahe Landschaft um Muiden erkunden. Der großartige Bäcker vor der Tür, und kleinere Lokalitäten haben uns toll mit Speis und Trank versorgt. Das Kochen in der großen Küche war großartig und ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Jeder von uns hatte auch einen Raum/Zimmer als Rückzugsort, da das Haus groß genug war. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auch die 3 Toiletten bzw. WC‘s haben uns das Zusammenleben erleichtert. Vielen Dank auch für den farbenfrohen Blumenemfang. Wir werden unseren Miniurlaub in Muiden sehr positiv in Erinnerung behalten.

Rick was a wonderful host, had a friend greet us on arrival to show us the place and gave us a little tour of the town, since he was away. Greeted us with a bottle of wine and an excellent instruction manual and recommendations of nearby “things to do” He has a lovely home in a walkable town. Rick was responsive to any concern we had. I highly recommend this property and Rick!

We spent a wonderful week at Derek's place. Very easy to get to via public transportation from the airport. Derek was responsive to messages and met us when we arrived to hand over keys and gave a quick tour. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything we would need if we wanted to cook. I love the Dutch configuration of having the shower in its own huge room and separate room for the toilet. The balcony was a lovely place to sit in the afternoon sunshine. The neighborhood was within walking distance to Museumplien, Melkweg, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Eva’s spacious and beautifully renovated ground-floor apartment (with step free access). The location is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet, yet it’s still close enough to the city center. Just minutes from Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark, it offers a nice balance between relaxation and accessibility. The apartment was cozy and well-maintained, with access to a peaceful garden terrace in the backyard, great for enjoying some fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen, included a microwave, oven, and dishwasher etc. The living room featured a new TV with Netflix, ideal for unwinding. The ground-floor location offered step-free access, which was very convenient. Martin was an outstanding and communicative host, accommodating a late check-out due to a flight change and stocking the fridge with both regular and non-alcoholic beverages. Overall, this is a comfortable retreat with a lovely outdoor space. Dank je wel, Martin (& Eva)!

Es ist eine sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung. Sie befand sich einer ruhigen Lage außerhalb der Stadt , umgeben von Wasser und viel Grün, aber dennoch gut an das Stadtzentrum angebunden (ca. 30-40min mit der Bahn). Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und flexibel, als wir spät einchecken mussten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt hier super.

10+ years on AirBnB and this is hands down our favorite experience. Five stars is not enough! The house was immaculately clean, with comfortable and modern design. It felt like a luxury hotel - but with character. Our hosts anticipated our needs and left out everything we could want. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient for tourists - walkable to De Pijp, and right by a tram stop. We cooked meals in the evenings, the kitchen is fantastic, and enjoyed lots of time on the patio. It was ideal for our family of four (3 & 14 year olds). Thank you, Jan and family, for sharing your home with us!

Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!
