Hoi, wij zijn Cees en Cathalijne, en bieden onze bovenverdieping met veel plezier aan. Het appartement ligt in Centrumeiland, een nieuwe wijk in Amsterdam. Op loopafstand zijn winkels, supermarkten, terrasjes, restaurants en het strand! Het appartement heeft een woonkamer met pantry, 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer en 2 balkons. Direct achter de gedeelde voordeur is de trap naar boven naar het appartement: deze is apart van de rest van het huis. Wij wonen zelf beneden, dus je hebt veel privacy.

The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. Bedroom 2: tree house bed that accommodates 2 children or alternatively grownups (mattresses are 2 meters long). Bedroom 3: large couch that turns into a comfortable double bed. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). There is a comfortabele seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio garden for you to enjoy. Special effort was put into sustainability, with solar panels and a heatpump.
