Our stay at the property was great! The place was very well structured, while the kitchen and living room were comfortable, clean and with a magical view. The host was always kind and responded promptly to anything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Very comfortable and quiet - the best mattress, duvet and pillows we’ve had in Greece. Would make a perfect romantic getaway for two. Beautiful little town - we avoided eating on the harbourside and headed for Nikolaoi Mama where there are a couple of friendly tavernas and bars. Bring your Greek phrase book or expect to use Google translate.

Our stay was wonderful and our hostess met our needs beyond expectations! She was so sweet and provided great homemade snacks, breakfast and guidance! We would be more than happy to return and recommend it to anyone!

The charming house is a real gem. Located right on the coast, you fall asleep & wake up to the sound of the surf. The sea begins right in front of the bedrooms & invites you to take a morning walk or swim. Perfect seclusion in a grove of lemon & olive trees off the road & away from the neighbors. Tastefully minimalist, no superfluous stuff, loving reception by Eleonora. It's the small attentive gestures that make the stay as pleasant as the bowl with the delicious lemons, clementines, ouzo & small sweets or the generously sized supplies of Nespresso capsules. The fully equipped kitchen really offers everything for cooking if you don't visit one of the wonderful restaurants. The two loungers by the house entice you to spend the whole day reading with a glass of wine or a delicious espresso overlooking the sea. We already miss this wonderful place.

Nikolaos' apartment was very comfortable, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, with all appliances in good working order--plumbing, heating, wifi, kitchen, all in good shape. A nice balcony too, with views of the sea and Mount Parnassus. The apartment is in the outskirts of Galaxidi, very quiet, with a nice coastal walk right in front. Galaxidi is a picturesque village and the best base for visits to Delphi and its wonderful archaeological site and museum.

Nice appartmemt with everything you need during your stay. The backyard is perfect if you are on vacation with kids - like in our case - as they have some space to play around.

The planned apartment had had damage: our host warned us in advance and offered us another accommodation in the same building. Everything was perfect: the place is beautiful, the apartment in excellent condition, the huge balcony and the view delighted us. And we enjoyed the fruit, cake, and fruit juice waiting for us. We will be back with pleasure in this bay, so peaceful and welcoming.

It was a pleasant stay

This is the second time we come to this apartment and everything was impeccable. Platanos beach quiet and picturesque, the apartment had all the necessities and Akrata is very close for anything extra we needed. Mostly hosts who were very friendly and immediately available.

Hosts were very friendly and willing to help you with anything you need with excellent communication!!! The house was very clean!! I highly recommend Yannis' house!

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

Beautiful and thought out space, serenity, makes you you feel at home, absolutely functional , the furniture is simple and quality, so is the linens, the closet is huge to take care of suitcases, etc. everything is spotless. It has a large veranda, is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Haris is a discreet and very kind host, he has made plans for everything, if you happen to need something responds promptly and responds quickly.

Absolutely loved staying in this home. It has a very tranquil vibe sat at the top of Delphi and feels even more cozy than in the pictures. The view was incredible and Georgia & Ioannis were very kind and fantastic hosts. I can’t recommend their place enough!

The accommodation is impeccable and in the heart of Patras, the center is within walking distance. The roof top terrace, the calm… very much appreciated. The water fountain provided in the room is a real plus! Mike is a responsive and proactive host. We'll be happy to come back, thank you!

Everything was super, clean (which for me is the number one), a little small for 4 people but not uncomfortable, big bathroom, it had everything you need for a pleasant stay.
