A superb apartment, spotlessly clean, with excellent amenities. The place is huge and incredibly comfortable. Extremely difficult to find fault, we would certainly book again.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely flat. It was situated in an ideal location for both the Hoe/seafront and the city centre. The flat was well equipped and warm and the parking space was a real bonus. William was attentive , asking us if we had arrived safely and if everything was okay. He responded immediately when we had a minor problem. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. Thank you, we will be visiting again.

Great flat really big rooms with lovely high ceilings furniture all nice, good selection of kitchen utensils and pans and nice bright rooms. Good little local shop just up the road and plenty of things to do all around the area. Fun having the pool table kept us entertained

We had a really nice stay at Mia's lovely and comfortable apartment. Mia is a great host, with prompt and helpful communication. The check in/out is very easy and overall it was a really pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this property to other guests.

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

Simply paradise. The apartment was in the most amazing location and of a very high standard. It was very well equipped, with lots of handy extras. A home from home. Tiffany was extremely friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. The welcome gift was a lovely gesture. The views, the peace, the walks from the door and local eateries were excellent.

we really enjoyed our stay in Plymouth, great location near the train station. enormous house, all of the rooms were big and comfortable and well stocked kitchen of utensils and crockery. Matthew was responsive and friendly - thanks very much!

Lovely 3 bedroom property. Modern and elegant! We liked the kitchen, diner, skylight and central island counter top. Lots of natural light and lighting in the house was amazing. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms and nice, comfy beds. Good sized parking for one car. Good excess to attractions in Plymouth. We have enjoyed our trip. Daryl was helpful and responded very quickly. We would love to stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at the old Sunday school house! It has been designed and decorated beautifully, the hosts have thought of everything! We arrived to a very generous welcome hamper which was really thoughtful. We brought our dogs and baby and all had the best time, we would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Jenny's place is lovely. Although we didn't realise there were steps up to the house we got around this as our son proved able to climb the steps

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. See you again next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful winter stay. Great walks on the beach. Then drinks by the fireplace while looking at the waves. Local pub up the hill is great.

The location and the flat itself were amazing. Great for a city break at Plymouth!

Louise was a lovely host! Her instructions for check in/check out were extremely accurate. We felt at home in this spacious, very clean, comfortable spacious apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans dishes/cutlery to make and serve your own meals. The delicious olive oil and coffee provided were a very nice touch. Thank you Louise, we will be back!

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Lovely place as described, very comfortable bed and beautiful views. We were unlucky with the weather but still managed to use the river taxi over to Fowey so many great restaurants and good shops.

Good overall accomodation and amenities

Lovely flat and location was great. Host very proactive. There is a lovely fish restaurant a stones throw from the property.

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.
