Seafront & local beach 5 mins walk, woods & coast path 5 mins. 15 mins walk to shops & restaurants. Walk the promenade to cafes, and a beach, good for year round swimming & SUP. Train station connecting to London 5 mins walk. Fab for walking & water sports. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Spacious, self contained, one bedroom apartment. Bright and modern basement flat to an attractive Edwardian townhouse situated just minutes walk from the train station, the beach and the town itself. Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Castle Beach where you will find a small take away cafe with outdoor seating. In the opposite direction just a 10 minute walk you will find The Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach and popular beach cafe with indoor/outdoor seating, a bakery, takeaway cafe and paddle board hire. The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.

Perched above The Moor with fabulous views across the Fal estuary and Carrick Roads to St Mawes, this is a delightful spot from which to explore all that Falmouth has to offer. Just a short (steep!) walk to the quirky High Street and The Moor with their great pubs and restaurants, and a 25 minute walk to Gyllyngvase Beach (or a 5 minute drive). The flat occupies the top 2 floors of a 19th century terraced house. And it has its own parking space.
