Luis Manuel ha sido un anfitrión de 10! siempre pendiente y amable, nos recomendó sitios para comer y para visitar. El alojamiento es un sueño. Una casa preciosa, muy agradable. Hicimos una escapada de una semana en pareja y no podía haber sido mejor la ubicación, se encuentra en el centro de todo, por lo que es una buena base para explorar todo Asturias en poco tiempo, destacar las sardinas del puerto, que estaban espectaculares. Además el trato fue inmejorable, desde que llegamos la respuesta fue rápida e informativa, incluso nos aconsejó sobre a donde ir o posibles planes, no solo por la zona sino también por Asturias. Joaquín y su familia se encuentran justo al lado por lo que siempre estaban cerca y disponibles si había algún problema. En definitiva nuestra estancia fue de 10 y la recomiendo al 100% para una escapada en pareja. Repetiremos seguro.

Стильная, уютная квартира, в которую после прогулки хочется вернуться усесться на диван и посмотреть огромный телек. а терасса это отдельное чудо квартиры. В пешей доступности океан, магазин продуктов, ресторанчики. До центра в доль океана на раз два доходили. Анна нас встретила, все рассказала . Мила с юмором девушка. Мы остались довольны и с огромным удовольствием вернёмся. советую эту квартиру.

Todo genial, un Alcampo al lado, la playa a 3 minutos andando rápido, 5 despacio. Muy limpio todo y confortable. Parada de bus a 6 minutos, aunque nosotros nos gusta andar y fuimos a todos los sitios andando, está muy bien ubicado.

Nos sentimos como en casa! Elena nos dió muchas recomendaciones para ir a restaurantes locales, el piso estaba impecable, súper acogedor y lleno de detalles. Las vistas son increíbles y además hay un parking cubierto a 1 minuto caminando. El barrio además de bonito es divertido, lleno de sidrerías. Sin duda alguna volveremos si regresamos a Gijón.

Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento de Benigno. Nos recibieron él y su mujer muy amables y atentos a darnos todas las indicaciones oportunas, incluso nos dejaron aparcar en el lugar donde tenían ellos su coche. Las vistas del mar desde el apartamento son espectaculares. Volveremos seguro.

Le hôte Juan et sa femme furent très attentifs concernant notre bonne arrivée. Nous étions chaleureusement acceuli par Juan et son fils. L'appartement est très agréable, propre et bien organisé. De plus il y a une jolie terrasse et une très belle vue qui donne sur la rivière et une partie de la mer. A partir de là il y a plein des choses à découvrir et des sorties à faire. N'hésitez pas.

A beautiful, relaxing apartment with spectacular ocean views and a perfect location! Was very easy to enter and right on the beach front! Great host, would definitely recommend to others. Some tips for parking if you are visiting with a car and want to save some money whilst parking a short distance from the apartment… 1: Download the Telpark app. 2: Park at Jardines del Náutico. 3: Simply go into the app and put how many days you want to stay and it will give you a total and you pay via the app. We paid €29 for 2 nights. Once we paid on the app, we could come and go from the parking as we liked. Some other parking places close by charge €15 per 8 hours, so this one was great! Fantastic trip! Loved Gijón and Raul’s beautiful apartment. ☺️

Al apartamento no le falta ni un sólo detalle en todos los aspectos: cama, cocina, aseo... está decorado muy moderno y tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Es cómodo y elegante... y todo nuevo. Los anfitriones contestan rápido y son encantadores. Lo de que tenga garaje es un plus importante. Te lo recomiendo 100 %.

Todo de 10!!. Anfitriones geniales y muy atentos. Hasta me esperaron con la comida porque tuvieron en cuenta que a la hora que llegué no iba a ser fácil encontrar donde comer, y estaba todo delicioso. La casa tal cual se describe y se muestra en las fotos, o sea impecable. Muy recomendable y repetiría si tuviera necesidad de volver a la zona. Un plus, el aparcamiento privado.

El apartamento excelente súper limpio y perfumado desde la ropa de cama y baño hasta muebles y resto. Pueblo muy tranquilo, con supermercado, farmacia a unos metros y las vistas espectaculares. El acceso a todos los sitios de Asturias es muy bueno. Lo recomiendo 100%... Si vuelvo a Asturias sin dudas lo reservo nuevamente.

Victoria's apartment is a great place to stay in Gijón. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it features beautiful views over the promenade and the beach below. There is a constantly moving scene of surfers, walkers and dogs right below the windows. The neighborhood is lively, but quiet at night. If you have a car, there is very little street parking, but there are various garages nearby. (We used one about 1-1/2 blocks away called Parking El Arenal that had in and out privileges) Victoria is a great communicator and is responsive to any concern you may have!

Alojamiento ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en Asturias. El entorno es maravilloso, con posibilidad de hacer rutas de senderismo nada más salir de casa y, a la vez, al lado de la Villa. A tan solo quince minutos de la costa. El apartamento es realmente bonito, con todo lo necesario para estar unos días muy a gusto. La chimenea hace de la estancia un lugar muy agradable. María Aránzazu es una anfitriona de diez, ha estado pendiente de que no nos faltase de nada y nos ha tratado genial. Tiene todo cuidado con mimo y muy limpio. ¡Volveremos, sin duda!

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit huis op het terrein bij Juan. Het huis is precies zoals op de foto en ruim genoeg voor twee mensen. Alles was erg schoon. Het centrum met supermarkt(en) en restaurants is op loopafstand (aanraders zijn La Bahida en Nordeste). Vanuit het huis mooie uitstapjes gemaakt, veel mooie stadjes en natuur op rijafstand. Zeer geschikt voor de wielrenliefhebber. Prachtige rondes gefietst vanuit het huis.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time last week at Carmen’s place. She met us when we arrived and gave us some tips and left some instructions which were very clear. The place is great. It really is right next to a lovely beach and the area is beautiful. We did a lot of cycling but be aware there aren’t many cycle paths. Thé appartement was a perfect size for a family of 4. Thanks Carmen. Maybe see you next year!
