The guest area with private bathroom (2nd floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Yippieh! Time out in SAMTBLAU! Everything you need to feel good is within a 5-minute walk. Shopping, several restaurants, flowers, pharmacy... A small forest for walking is also around the corner, and Lake Lippe and the castle can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Welcome to the extension of the old school of Detmold-Heiligenkirchen! In this former barn, which was rebuilt and renovated in 2022, there is our 27 sqm apartment on the ground floor, with a bright and airy appearance by 3.50 m ceiling height with a fitted kitchen, sofa bed, shower room, fireplace and small outdoor terrace. We have attached great importance to a loving compilation of the furniture and hope that you will feel comfortable with us.

Villa Rosa - Garden

At the foot of the Hermann, in a central yet quiet location, is our newly renovated, historical villa on the Bandelberg. We have a gated park place for your car and a locked garage for your bicycles. The distance to the train station, the old town and the state theater is about 1 km. The University of Music, the summer theater and the largest open-air museum in Germany can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The Hermann monument is 3km away.

Relax and enjoy the recreational areas... you can do that in our bright, friendly apartment. In addition to a spacious living/dining room and a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single bed is available. On the pull-out couch in the living room, a 4th person to sleep. The large balcony, which faces south, is accessible from the living room and bedroom. An additional kitchen balcony invites you to morning coffee :-)
