Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Desert Hot Springs

Beautifully decorated condo in a well maintained complex. The host was very easy to communicate with. The condo is located within easy walking distance to the main pool etc as well as another smaller pool. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Great place! Having the washer/dryer was a life saver with the heat and having to wash my clothes to make it through the trip. The kitchen was stocked very well and even had some spices/oils/sauces so I didn’t have to buy absolutely everything. My only criticism if you could even call it that was that the shower head sprayed a little wonky. Overall I would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

Christy’s place was perfect. As soon as we walked in we noticed it smelled great & how beautifully decorated it was. Amenities are great. Comfy bed, Smart TVs, snacks, candy, towels, pool accessories and they even have a hair diffuser for us curly haired girls. Bonus: this was my first Airbnb that had actual spices other than salt to cook!!!! The property is great. Quiet. Calm. Pool & jacuzzi right outside the patio. We didn’t want to leave. Christy was a great host and easy to communicate with. Look forward to staying here again soon.

Mary Jane was a great host and was very responsive throughout the whole process. She even offered us one of her nicer units at the same price when our group and another group booked at the same time, but we liked the location of this one much better. It was right next to a shuttle stop for Stagecoach which was very convenient. The place was very clean, updated and was bigger than we expected. Mary even accommodated us checking in a few hours early since we got into town earlier than the normal check in time. Would definitely recommend!

With extremely little to no light pollution, Inge and Fred’s listing was the absolute perfect, secluded place we could’ve picked for our last minute trip to stargaze and catch the milky way! I loved how they anticipated and provided us with clear directions and tips so we were able prepare and find our way to and around the studio with absolute no issue. The studio was very clean, well thought out, and so so cozy, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. The outdoor space is nicely sectioned off with a grill and lounger chairs offering total privacy and the most breathtaking views of the night sky and sunrise. I would definitely stay again and am in fact looking forward for the next opportunity to do so!

This apartment in Palm Springs was perfect for our stay. The location was great - in a quiet neighborhood, but also very close to restaurants, nightlife & anything you’d want to do in Palm Springs. The place itself was great - plenty of private space, and the shared pool was plenty big for us and the neighbors; there was a great community vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked with every plate, utensil & tool you can imagine as well! The hosts were very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay & k would definitely come back here!

This place is a gem. The house was spectacular. Rooms are immaculate, wimzical and playful with its own identity. Minimalist Kitchen equipped with every cooking equipment and dish-ware that you will. outdoor was verse of fun and excitement to all ages. Every corner of the house was well use for entertainment. The weather was brutally hot @100 and had to stay indoor most daylight but only had 3 board game. We could use some more. I wish that the jacuzzi could be included to the price of the airbnb, but it was totally worth of an add on. After a good match and sweat on the court. Definitely will be back

We can’t thank our host enough for the incredible Stay and the incredible hosting. I can’t say enough good things about the home and it was the perfect stay for us. It is private and feels as if you have your very own Joshua tree oasis in the backyard. From the pool, to the hot tub, to every thoughtful piece of furniture, we felt so fortunate to be able to experience this amazing space and home. Would return in the future in a heartbeat. This home was absolutely perfect for a getaway weekend in the desert. The house was beautiful, incredibly well-stocked, and even had more amenities than listed - literally anything you could think of and more to make you feel like you're right at home. We brought our dogs and we really appreciated that host had a basket full of dog necessities available in case we forgot anything. You can also get instacart delivered which was helpful for last minute purchases. The location was peaceful with stunning views, the stargazing at night was unreal from the pool deck. This home is truly a special place and we can't wait to be back! I would highly recommend booking this place for your desert getaway.

Our stay was perfect. zero complaints with the house or hosts. the pool was especially clean, and the hot tub heated up very quickly (within an hour and a half). we were provided with all the basics necessities. my only “problem” was the price. i went with a group of 4, and for 2 nights the price was pretty steep. its absolutely worth it, but if i had to have a complaint, it would be the price. 10/10 home!!! 5 stars all around just be aware that there isn’t much to do until you get into the city, which is a 30 minute drive. :)))

Beautiful home, plenty of windows with lots of natural light. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s quite peaceful and relaxing hanging out in the pool or just watching the stars at night. I would definitely go back and would recommend this home to my family and friends.

This was my first time visiting Palm Springs, and I am so happy & fortunate I landed at Mountain Cocoon. Lindsay is the perfect host, and I felt at home immediately. The location is the best, close to downtown shops & restaurants. The view of the mountain from the balcony took my breath away. Lindsay thought of everything, and I hope to come back and hang out in this amazing space again. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with our stay here! This rental was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway to the desert! The outdoor space is quiet and super-private. We never saw or heard any neighbors, but watched hummingbirds spar overhead as we lounged by the pool. The pool is clean and perfect for floating all afternoon, looking out at the mountains. The spa is a great way to relax under the stars after dinner. The location was great. Close enough to downtown to be a quick drive when hot, or a reasonable stroll when it's cooler. And I appreciated being able to talk an early morning jog around the area. We didn't spend much time indoors, but it's a light, airy, and comfortable space. The kitchen is up-to-date and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts and their assistant was friendly, transparent, and proactive. Very nice people! We will gladly rent this place again when we return to PS for a desert getaway! Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for my partner and I to spend our anniversary weekend. There were so many wonderful restaurants downtown to choose from, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful, where we stayed, and Jerry and Craig were incredibly responsive and respectful. One thing I would point out is, if you are not a gay man, or a woman celebrating her bachelorette party, the party scene is pretty underwhelming . Aside from that, I’d definitely stay in this exact spot again.

Most courteous and responsive hosts. 5 star service. Our pool closed for an unforeseen repair. We communicated with the host and immediately received paid day passes to a great fully serviced (cocktails & food) pool less than a block from our property. We did not have to ask. Our host was amazing. Our pool reopened and we throughly enjoyed the enormous pool and lovely accommodation. House was spotless and well appointed. I will definitely rent again!

We loved staying in this fabulous condo at the iconic Ocotillo Lodge, designed by famed midcentury modern architect William Krisel. Although the once spectacular public rooms at the Lodge are now shuttered, the grounds have been beautifully restored with cactus and succulents, and the large landmark champagne-cork shaped pool is beautifully maintained, serenaded (quietly) through the day with delightful recordings of classic Great American Songbook music of the 50's. The Brite Spot condo itself has been wonderfully decorated with handsome vintage furniture and lighting, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, and boasts a lovely little courtyard with a great old olive tree that throughout the day hosts various singing desert birds. The Lodge no longer has a working bar or restaurant, but coffee, cocktails, great food, and the sights and attractions of Palm Springs - including Krisel's justly famed Twin Palms community - are all just minutes away.

My mom and I had such a wonderful stay in this Palm Springs home, it truly made our first visit & Mother’s Day weekend even more special. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep, and the A/C kept us cool all weekend, even with the desert heat. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything smooth and easy. I’d absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Palm Springs!

Great apartment for a vacation in Palm Springs. Super clean, well-stocked kitchen and amazing pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas with views of the mountains. Steve was also a fantastic host. I would come back again!

We based out of here to hike Cactus to Clouds and loved it! We could walk downtown and enjoyed the views of the mountains (you can see Bob Hope's Palm Springs house!). We had fun lounging by the pool, and laundry was easy. The place was squeaky clean, and it was clear that a lot of thought was put into making the place comfortable for guests. Would definitely stay again!
