Apartment in the center of Tain with terrace and garage

The dormir@tain gîte is a 45 m2 apartment, with a 15 m2 mezzanine, and a 15 m2 private terrace. Garage available for vehicles up to L 5 m and H 2 m. Garage door 3 m wide and 2.3 m high. Ideally located in the old town center of Tain-l'Hermitage, 100 m from the pedestrian bridge and the banks of the Rhône. Pedestrian access to restaurants and shops in Tain and Tournon, Cité du Chocolat, Château de Tournon, Swimming Pool, etc. Fully equipped apartment, bed and bath linens provided.

The slopes of Retourtour Castle

In Ardèche Verte, 1.5 km from the Dolce Via cycle path and a 5-minute walk to the Retourtour waterbody, offers a traditional house with wooded land. Come and enjoy the summer (swimming, cycling, hiking, visiting a village with character...) Possibility of renting a VTC by reservation. 1.5 KM away, Lamastre (shops, pharmacy, tourist office...) 2 markets: Tuesday and Saturday (local market). On the heights of Desaignes, the Souins cottage welcomes you all year round in a beautiful and relaxing setting. Spacious and comfortable, it can accommodate from 2 to 7 people. In winter, the lounge area with its bench and wood burning stove invite warm moments and in summer, the covered deck with mountain views allows you to take aperitifs and meals in the shelter. At an altitude of 600 m, the cottage is a departure for many and varied hikes.

Welcome to the vaulted suite, a space with singular charm with a separate entrance (low and atypical door) and a private terrace, located in a building dating from 1800. Here, no Wi-Fi, but very good 4G coverage: an ideal setting to disconnect and enjoy the calm. We live in the upper part of the house and will be available if needed, while respecting your peace and quiet. 🔹 It is not possible to cook in the room

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located 860 meters above sea level in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and the sun and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative comments about the road, we specify that this is a bumpy road but passable by car!
