Monthly Rentals in Derwood

The apartment was clean, well kept and comfortable- just what we needed. The location was perfect- walking distance to the metro taking us all the way into DC and the sights!- no driving or parking hassles. Lovely coffee/ pastry shop directly across the street and many nice restaurants just a few blocks away- highly recommend the Peruvian one- though I forgot the name. Great place highly recommended.

Janice is a proactive reactive and helpful host. the house is beautiful, very confortable, with all the required equipments and located in a quite and nice area. Everything was perfect during my stay.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb. I have to say it was a wonderful stay and experience. Bela and Ita are such beautiful people, truly a Godsend. They are so warm and welcoming. I now consider them part of my extended family. Morning coffee and conversation was a great way to start the day. In addition, Bela is an incredible Chef. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb if you are in the Gaithersburg, MD area. On a scale of 5-stars…I give them 10-stars. Bela and Ita, sending Blessings and Love to you both. Jenna's place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is simple and small however the bed was very comfortable. We needed to get extra linens from Jenna, but she had everything available. Thanks for a great stay 😊
