Monthly Rentals in Derby

Lovely, clean, warm and homely place to relax and spend a few days (exactly as advertised). Great location handy to pub. Essential food supplies were a nice touch and the chockie treats were a winner. Thanks Kathleen would definitely recommend your place to others.

Very nice spot with a big deck. Everything needed for a weekend away riding and quiet time with friends and family.

We have stayed at many places in Derby and this one certainly did not disappoint. We felt warm and cosy from the minute we arrived. We had everything and more that was needed for a relaxing stay. A favourite for us was the proximity to the river (and pretty much everything) and the easiness of the kids heading off for rides out the back gate, nowhere near the road! Perfect. The outside verandah was a lovely place to sit and have a quiet morning coffee, plenty of sunshine and places to sit and breathe in the fresh air. Heating was excellent, although it was not cold at all while we were there, we still used the fan heater occasionally. We loved that there were plenty of blankets as well. Fab shower and bathroom, with a lovely little view, much appreciated shower at the end of a busy day on the trails.

What can I say, both Jo’s house, Jo herself we’re both just awesome. Away for a 50th MTB trip, couldn’t have asked for a nicer more homely big hug of a house and a host that matched her house. Thanks again Jo, you’re a ripper person that just made my week so special. Highly recommended 👍🏼🍻
