Monthly Rentals in Denver

Stayed here for a month — overall, a great spot! It's a private, comfortable, and well-arranged space. Mike was helpful & responsive throughout my stay. Gripes included water taking a couple minutes to heat up and the door(s) not having screens, meaning fresh air always meant flies (and potentially cats if you aren't monitoring it). That said, the value of this place is unbeatable and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Mike!

Super friendly and very responsive host(s). The place was a super cute apartment with enough room for us. Whole Foods is practically a 1 minute walk away and perfect for grabbing quick bites and groceries. Beautiful park in the area (Cheesman). Used this place as a jumping off point for moving to Denver—can’t recommend enough.

beautiful location and suite, we wanted a place close to the airport and close to Denver, this place was the perfect spot and private despite being connected to the host's house (we probably made more noise than I heard from them), the available amenities pushed this place over the top for me, not just the bare minimum was provided but they went all out providing everything you might need in case you left something at home or didn't feel like unpacking...I'm almost always in need of pillows when staying at Airbnb's or hotels but not here, even that was plentiful....10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful location right next to the wildlife refuge. Lesley was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we are back in town!
