Welcome to town! Stay in the renovated private apartment in our beloved 1902 Denver Square. Many of Denver's best restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and our favorite coffee shop is right around the corner. This is the perfect place to explore the city, whether you’re staying for a while or just stopping on your way. We are central to everything — 15 mins from Mile High Stadium and Union Station and 10 from the Capitol, Cherry Creek, the Art Museum, and the Botanic Gardens.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
