We had a lovely stay! The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. It had everything we could possibly need during our winter getaway. The host sent clear and helpful instructions and we had no trouble getting into the house or finding the things we needed.

Laurie’s Sunburst Cottage was a perfect location. The view was spectacular each morning, waking up to see long pond. The space was so nicely decorated and very cozy for us to enjoy and relax with Netflix and other streaming included. Her eye for detail, even proving power strips next to each bed made it so easy and convenient to charge our phones. The place was spotless, clean and had updated and well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor kayaks, fire pit or sitting areas, but they were beautiful as well, and added to the view from the windows. It’s conveniently located mid cape giving people access to doing various things on the cape. Walking around the neighborhood also gave us additional views of long pond. I highly recommend it, and would go back in a heartbeat. Laurie was very attentive and easy to reach. Thanks again Laurie for sharing your lovely home with us! Katie

If there was a six star, I’d give it to them. This is the most beautiful and generous Airbnb I’ve ever been in. ( and I use an Airbnb every month ) The house was pristine and every detail was considered. I was impressed by the generosity in amenities, whether it the extra linens or shampoo or toothbrushes or coffee pods. It told me a lot about the care and intent they had and giving the guest a full experience. It was a pleasure to stay at Your Place, Dale and Kimberly. Thank you for your Hospitality.

Great spot to stay in Dennis. Quiet street , easy to get everywhere. The home was comfortable, very clean and fenced in yard was lovely. Amy was kind and communicative. Would love to stay here again next time we're back in the area.

Great location, easy access to the beach, ferries and upper Cape. Very clean and the hosts even accommodated a special request. Would stay here again!

This place was exactly as advertised. We throughly enjoyed the fire pit and the large tables outside. Short distance to anything we needed. Beach was 5 minutes away by car. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen nicely furnished. We would definitely stay again.

The house was clean and nice updates have been made throughout. Very comfortable stay. My favorite part was the yard. So nice to have such a large, private yard with lovely grass just steps from the ocean. You can hear the ocean from the patio. I sat and dreamed of filling the giant garden with flowers and fresh herbs and veggies all summer!

This house was very clean and adorable. The hosts were very responsive. There was what i believed to be a significant issue on the part of airb&b. They had the wrong adress listed for the house. Again this was not the hosts fault. It was listed as a house in Plymouth but was actually in Bourne, which I was very upset about after driving around for an hour and literally alomost trying to get into a strangers house at night in the dark. Airb&b refused to do anything for me to make this right and blamed it on google maps which is laughable. So for the house and the hosts (residentually) I give 5 stars. For airb&b I give 0 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Kimberly was a fantastic host. Her home was beautiful and well-maintained. It fit our group of 6 well and had lots of amenities for our baby (pack n play, stroller, baby gates, high chair)! There were beach chairs, beach & bath towels, and linens available which was unique from other places nearby and very helpful as we flew in. The location was great with a couple of stores nearby, several beaches, and restaurants. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating as we navigated our stay. It was a great first trip to Cape Cod & we’ll definitely stay here again. I’d recommend trying Grumpy’s which is within 5 minutes & checking out a whale watching tour!

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

It was our first time ever using Airbnb and after seeing the photos of the Blue Heron we decided to give it a try with another family and our dogs. It was so wonderful that we can’t wait to go back next Summer! The house was very clean and the decor was perfect. We went to Depot Beach and Sea Street Beach which were both great and Depot Beach was walking distance. A great experience and Kevin was very responsive if we had any questions. Definitely check it out!

The house was exactly what we needed! The beautiful yard and living room were incredibly accommodating. An overall amazing stay!

Great little home, very clean and organized. The cottage was updated and was very nicely designed for the space. Location was perfect for us, quiet neighborhood and close to many food and activities options. House was stocked with all the main essentials and prepared very well for guest. Host Nina was quick to respond to any of our questions.

We enjoyed our stay at Natalia’s place. It’s great for families with little kids specially energetic ones like my two boys. We all enjoyed the yard. The swing , hammock , slide, trampoline, fire pit, lounging area. Even the dogs enjoyed themselves. The location is one of the highlights and the house itself it’s very cozy, spacious and it has very nice touches which I appreciated. There is a camper on the property that is used but it didn’t bother us or interfered with our stay. We did arrive and house was not ready for check in which was a very frustrating given we arrived late with two little ones but Natalia took care of it right away. Good to note also the yard is mostly fenced but not completely. I had to chase my dogs a couple of times. Yard also needs a little tlc. Overall we would stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at Villa Balena. The unit was comfortable and very clean. The management was very friendly and prompt with the responses. The facility was well maintained and some appliances looked brand new. The location was very peaceful and the view outside was amazing. We visited during the Thanksgiving holiday and we were impressed that they had prepared the tools for preparing a turkey meal! We are looking forward to our next visit.

Peter was helpful and friendly when I had questions or needed help. Home was charming and very clean. Would highly recommend staying with Peter and at The Lucky Penny!
