This house was originally a duplex however it was recently converted into a single family home. The set up is great for multiple families looking to share common spaces however have their privacy at night. Swan River is very popular for Kayakers and SUP's. There is a rental shop at the top of the street where you can get everything you need for a day or even weekly. There are a couple of islands you can sail out to and enjoy a nice picnic, or if you go the other way it will lead you out to South Village Beach . The main lower level porch is extremely large and includes an extended Restoration Hardware outdoor dining table with seating for 10. A gas grill is available. This area also includes seating for 6 with a propane controlled fire pit. A hot tub overlooks the water with seating for 6 and a lounger seat for a full body massage. Also includes a pathway out to a private landing to launch your kayaks and SUP's. The Kitchen: All newer appliances and dishes. Keurig coffee maker. Features a large eat-in island with seating for 4. Large windows allowing for an expansive view of Swan River. Living Room 1: Open to the kitchen area with a large sectional with seating for 6. 55 inch smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix available. Living room 2: Another sectional and additional seating for 6. A 65 inch smart TV hung over the an electric fireplace. Viewing selections also include Youtube TV and Netflix. This large living room also includes a brand new pool table and foosball table. Master Bedroom: Walk out porch with views of Swan River from your room. California King bed. Smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix available. Master Bath: Full private master bath. Bedroom 2: Walk porch with views of Swan River from your porch. Trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Bedroom 3: Large windows with great views. (2) Queen beds. Bedroom 4: (3) Queen Beds (1) Twin Bed in this extremely large bedroom. Walk out balcony with beautiful views. Also features a private full bathroom. Laundry Room: Newer Washer and Dyer available on the main living space. Bathroom 4: Full bathroom off the living room.

Kimberly was a fantastic host. Her home was beautiful and well-maintained. It fit our group of 6 well and had lots of amenities for our baby (pack n play, stroller, baby gates, high chair)! There were beach chairs, beach & bath towels, and linens available which was unique from other places nearby and very helpful as we flew in. The location was great with a couple of stores nearby, several beaches, and restaurants. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating as we navigated our stay. It was a great first trip to Cape Cod & we’ll definitely stay here again. I’d recommend trying Grumpy’s which is within 5 minutes & checking out a whale watching tour!

The Penny's House is close to all the beaches, great restaurants and the bike path is accessible via the back of the property which we loved. Her house is beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware you needed to make family dinners together. My family was very comfortable with out stay here! This Airbnb was perfect for a bachelorette party! It comfortably fit all of us and was beautiful with the large kitchen and classic Cape Cod decor. Merritt was very communicative and all instructions were extremely clear. Would love to stay here again! Would recommend for any large groups looking to explore the area or for a group looking to hang out and spend time together at home.

My wife and I a wonderful stay with my three grown children for a family event. We all travelled down from Canada, somewhat reluctantly with the current 'climate' however all was forgotten with Chris' great home in Mashpee. Everything contained within provided for a wonderful 5 day visit. We are all very familiar with the Cape having been brought down as children many years ago and Chris's home was ideally located to take in so many favourite sites. Very responsive to any questions that arose. Highly recommend and thanks !!!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and out super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with great local spots just a short walk or drive away.
