Open floor plan, central air, renovated & newly furnished. Cozy but spacious home for family vacation or weekend getaway! On quiet, dead end road, cottage has 2 separate living spaces, including large family room w/ lots of windows. Hardwood floors, custom kitchen w/ stainless appliances and granite. Entertaining space inside, deck & large, private backyard. Neighborhood on Swan Pond w/ nice views & breezes on hot days. Linens, towels, beach towels, washer/dryer, central air, cable, wi-fi, etc.!

This very clean and spacious 1 bedroom cottage has AC, is within walking distance to two public Nantucket Sound Beaches and is centrally located on Cape Cod. The vaulted ceilings and ample array of windows gives off natural light and a sense of space. FYI The cottage's name, The Strandloper, the Beachwalker, is a member of an extinct tribe of Khoikhoi Bushmen who lived on seafood gathered along the beaches of Southern Africa. Walking beaches is just as special today as it was a millennium ago.

One dog under 50 lbs. $50 wknd/$100 week pet fee. No Cats allowed. Nice beach, Seaview Park and restaurants/ice cream within walking distance. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
