It was nice that both Dylan and Patricia let my boyfriend and I check in earlier than 3pm. They were also very responsive. There housekeeper even left us some goodies and wasn’t expecting that. Plenty of towels, too! It was very clean and we loved how close we were to everything. They left notes in a couple of places to know who to contact in case you have questions or emergency. The bed was comfy too - I’ve found in a few air bnbs that I have stayed at, beds aren’t that comfy but these were even the couch/chair. I highly recommend for a couple to stay here!

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

The AirBnB apartment was very well located, in a peaceful place and 5 minutes walk to the beach.... It's like we had our condominium in Cape Cod. When the time comes, it will be my choice #1.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patty and Tony. The house is beautiful, cozy, peaceful, and had all what we needed for our stay. The location is prime, within 5-10min drive distance to great restaurants and 10-20min drive to wonderful beaches. Patty and Tony were friendly and responsive, and provided us with great recommendations. We would to come back another time!

Loved the location! There were people nearby but it was quiet. Great access to walk on the sand by the water. Inside, the bed was comfortable and I found everything I needed for the one dinner I ate in. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the back as well. Would love to stay again.

The family was really nice, and helpful! The place was amazing, clean, very well decorated, with extra amenities, making the stay so much more inviting! Flexible check in and check out schedule, and great location! Will definitely be booking again, in the near future :)

DARLING place in a BEAUTIFUL town...coffee and restaurants around the corner (loved Snowy Owl coffee) and don't miss the water spout down the street by the grist mill (we filled our bottles every day!). Cara was a delightful host. 💛

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We had an amazing week in Eastham at Billy and Beth’s place! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and offered plenty of privacy. It was also wonderfully quiet and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our daily outings. Billy and Beth are fantastic hosts—friendly and generous. Their love for music was a delightful bonus, and we even got to hear Billy and his friend Bob play at the Yardarm in Orleans. It was a great experience and added a special touch to our stay. If you’re curious about how American entrepreneurship in the mid-20th century, plexiglas, and a famous Hollywood actress are connected to Billy’s history, be sure to ask him. It’s a fascinating story! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

Perfect stay for a long weekend with our group of 4 (2 couples). Plenty of space to hang out in the common area, while each having their own bedroom and bathroom which was nice too. We didn't cook but loved the large kitchen space. Overall nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay!

Despite the dreadful weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brian‘s place. The bed was very comfortable. I did find that I missed more of a kitchen facility, with no sink in the area with the coffee maker. I found myself going back-and-forth between the bathroom and the living room to fill the kettle for my tea. The area was very quiet, and Brian’s home was easy to find.

The accommodation was lovely and the location was great. Highly recommend!

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

Lynn was a great Host. She was very responsive . the unit is very clean and everything you need is at your fingertips. I would definitely stay again.

Great place. Very clean. Lots of beach chairs. Pool was warm! Patio was just right- own table and chairs, and umbrella. We will definitely recommend this place to friends

We had an amazing week staying here. We booked last minute and Marlene was nothing but responsive and helpful. The resort is right on the beach and also had a pool, very close to everything and a lot to do!

We had a wonderful stay at Tina's place! The location is relaxing and beautiful. We were able to take the canoe out on the pond/lake, which was a lot of fun. The room is very cute, and we were able to cook and grill very easily. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely book again!

Really cute and nice place! Would have been nice to know that one of the beds was a child bed since we had to have a guest sleep on the couch but otherwise, really quaint place for a getaway in a beautiful area!

Absolutely amazing. Quick to respond, had everything we needed.. and so roomy. We had left some things behind and by the time I realized they already has messaged me and were able to leave it at the main hotel for us to grab. Thank you again for an amazing seemless stay
