Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Demi-Quartier

This apartment is located right in front of the Aiguille du Midi cable car, with a view of Mont Blanc. The room was cozy and just as described. Yuting’s responses were incredibly fast, always helping to quickly ease any worries or concerns. I think the stay would be even more comfortable if there were tissues and kitchen paper available in the room. I highly recommend this place.

Good things: - Lovely apartment in a great location close to bus station, supermarket, restaurants/bars, shops etc. - Very comfortable bed and lots of storage space. - Having the ski locker right outside the door of the apartment is super convenient. - Really quiet, especially for Chamonix Sud which can be quite rowdy at times. On the downside: - Kitchen arrangement is a bit inconvenient with most useful things on the opposite side of the island to the kitchen workspace, but it's easy enough to move things around once you're there. - It would be good to have tables/shelves beside the bed and a coffee table or similar by the sofa to put drinks, phones, books etc. on The only other comment I'd make is that if you're very short (as I am!) some things are rather high up to use comfortably/reach! - the kitchen and the bathroom basin in particular.

Lili's is a fantastic place to stay! We were right in the middle of the main areas of Annecy. Lili was great, even though we ran a bit late, she greeted us at the apartment and was pleasant. We can't recommend Lili's enough. We might be back again! 😁

Très bon séjour chez Roberta, grand jardin pour les chiens avec accès direct au lac. Logement cosy, on s’y sent presque comme à la maison. Roberta très sympathique et très disponible si besoin. La proximité avec le centre d’Annecy est un grand + Je recommande !

Séjour parfait. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Notre hôte était très arrangeant avec nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Au plaisir de revenir

As soon as you walk in, this apartment hits you with the wow factor. It is beautifully decorated, has amazing views and it was impeccably cleaned throughout. We are a family of 5 (children 17, 15 and 7 years) and there was plenty of space. We all found the beds extremely comfortable and the linen and towels were all fresh. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Marie even provided all we needed to light a fire and it was a really beautiful feature of the cosy lounge area. The ski bus is 70m away and runs regularly to get into Morzine centre and ski lifts. You can walk into town in about 25 mins to the centre / pleney lift. The nearest supermarket is a Sherpa which took about 12 mins walk (downhill on way there) to get to. We went daily. You can also get a bus back from the Sherpa too if you need to do a bigger shop (take the U bus). Highly recommend this beautiful appartment and wonderful host. Thank you Marie.

Lovely chalet, lots of room, nice location Well equipped

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, adapté pour 13 personnes, hyper équipé, agréable à l’intérieur comme l’extérieur. Les alentours sont calmes et agréables. Communication avec hôte et mandataire efficace +++ !

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans le logement de Pascal. Il était propre, fonctionnel et ressemblait à la description donnée. Le seul bémol, qui ne l'était pas pour mon mari, est la route pour arriver au logement. Ce sont des routes de montagnes et étant malade en voiture je ne suis pas fan. Mais la vu vous fait tout oublier. Je recommande vivement ce logement. De plus Pascal est un hôte sympathique et réactif.

Chalet accueillant, esprit montagne assuré avec une vue époustouflante sur le mont blanc il ne manquait de rien. Nous avons été accueilli avec un beau sapin de Noël, accompagné de petits cadeaux. Le chalet était bien chauffé, propre, literie impeccable, salle de bain de même, cuisine ouverte, fonctionnelle , bien équipée. Je recommande ce chalet situé dans un charmant petit village. Ho soggiornato con 2 bambini a casa di Valentino per 2 notte La casa è stupenda. Molto più bella che dalle foto. Appena entri rimani piacevolmente colpito dal profumo di pulito, l ordine e la pulizia La casa è molto spaziosa , luminosa super attrezzata, silenziosa, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno anche di più giorni e una splendida vista Valentino è stato un host attento, premuroso e molto gentile Terremo in considerazione questo alloggio per il futuro I bambini hanno lasciato a malincuore questa casetta e si sono divertiti tantissimo Il posto ha anche diversi parchi giochi nelle vicinanze super attrezzati, market, caffetterie, ristoranti, insomma e in una buona posizione nonostante non sia nel Centro abitato ma questo lo rende unico

The chalet is absolutely stunning and we had an amazing stay here. The view from the terrace was brilliant - we loved sitting outside and just looking at the mountains. Inside was beautifully decorated, lovely touches in the bathroom, main lounge & bedrooms. The kitchen facilities were great. Morgane is a fantastic host, very kind, generous and great communication. Highly recommend staying here!

Logement très bien situé, reposant et relaxant. Nous avons même pu prendre les petits déjeuners dehors, top! Beaucoup de jeux et livres pour les petits et les grands. Nathalie est très réactive et communication claire. Nous reviendrons !

Agréable séjour : Chez Guinguet, Yvette et Vincent nous ont accueilli à bras ouverts dans leur logement. Ils nous ont aidé à planifier nos activités en VTT car ils connaissent parfaitement la région, des guides sont disponibles pour faciliter la planification des journées. Le logement est très sympathique et bien situé à quelques minutes de Saint-Jean de sixt, La Clusaz, du Grand Bornand, du col des aravis. On recommande ++ ce logement. Encore merci à Yvette et Vincent pour leur accueil formidable.

Je recommande ce logement. Emplacement au top, avec le ski bus toutes les 30min ou à pied en 15min, vous êtes au pied des pistes. Une vue superbe sur les pistes. Logement cossy, fidèle à la description. Des hôtes très réactifs et amicaux.

Celedonia und ihr Mann haben uns super herzlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung und unsere weitere Reise gegeben. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, wie Zuhause! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, grün und es gibt einen tollen Ausblick auf den Genfer See in Fußnähe. Wir durften auch von den selbstangebauten Erdbeeren im Garten naschen, die super lecker waren. Im Garten gibt es eine Sitzecke auf der es sich gemütlich ausruhen und lesen lässt.

Un lieu authentique avec un accueil chaleureux et sincère. La vue est juste incroyable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Claudine !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est propre, bien équipé, à proximité d'Annecy. La vue du balcon sur le lac est très belle ! Juste que l'appartement est parfait pour accueillir 4 personnes, et non 5, le canapé n'est pas à compter dans les couchages, ce n'est pas un canapé que l'on peut déplier en lit ou alors penser à emmener un matelas. Sinon tout est parfait !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’endroit était propre, calme et conforme à l’annonce. L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu mon arrivée et mon départ très faciles. Le quartier est agréable et bien situé, avec tout à proximité. Je recommande vivement, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !
