Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Demi-Quartier

Good things: - Lovely apartment in a great location close to bus station, supermarket, restaurants/bars, shops etc. - Very comfortable bed and lots of storage space. - Having the ski locker right outside the door of the apartment is super convenient. - Really quiet, especially for Chamonix Sud which can be quite rowdy at times. On the downside: - Kitchen arrangement is a bit inconvenient with most useful things on the opposite side of the island to the kitchen workspace, but it's easy enough to move things around once you're there. - It would be good to have tables/shelves beside the bed and a coffee table or similar by the sofa to put drinks, phones, books etc. on The only other comment I'd make is that if you're very short (as I am!) some things are rather high up to use comfortably/reach! - the kitchen and the bathroom basin in particular.

This apartment is located right in front of the Aiguille du Midi cable car, with a view of Mont Blanc. The room was cozy and just as described. Yuting’s responses were incredibly fast, always helping to quickly ease any worries or concerns. I think the stay would be even more comfortable if there were tissues and kitchen paper available in the room. I highly recommend this place.

Lili's is a fantastic place to stay! We were right in the middle of the main areas of Annecy. Lili was great, even though we ran a bit late, she greeted us at the apartment and was pleasant. We can't recommend Lili's enough. We might be back again! 😁

Fantastic stay at this apartment. Was spotlessly clean, spacious and well appointed. Check-in procedure very easy. Excellent location for the main street in St Gervais and easy walk to the gondola. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again when visiting St Gervais. Stefanie was very helpful and good communication with her. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I would recommend it!

We had a great time! Right outside one of the main telecabin was a treat! Quiet place with a sunny balcony, 2mn walk from the first shops/restaurants of the village. Cecile and family were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We'll be happy to come back to Pascal's place. It was clean, functional and as described. The only downside, which wasn't for my husband, is the road to get to the accommodation. These are mountain roads and being sick in the car, I'm not a fan. But the view makes you forget everything. I highly recommend this listing! In addition, Pascal is a friendly and responsive host.

Cozy cottage, mountain spirit assured with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, it lacked nothing.t. all. We were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree, accompanied by small gifts. The cottage was well heated, clean, impeccable bedding, bathroom the same, open kitchen, functional, well-equipped. I would recommend this cottage located in a charming little village. Thanks to the owner.

We had a wonderful month here. The house is spacious with savoyard charm. Great location between two ski resorts and plenty of hiking on the door step. Local bar was great and friendly and only a 2 minute walk away. The local bus is great for getting to and from the St Gervais village (and ski area) and stops 2 minutes from the house. There is also a local goat farm which is worth a visit, especially if you have young children.

I stayed with 2 children at Valentino's house for 2 nights The house is beautiful. Much nicer than the photos. As soon as you enter, you are pleasantly impressed by the scent of clean, tidiness, and cleanliness The house is very spacious , bright, super equipped, quiet, with all comforts for a stay even of several days and a great view Valentino was an attentive, caring and very kind host We'll keep this place in mind for the future The kids reluctantly left this little house and had so much fun The place also has several super-equipped playgrounds nearby, markets, cafes, restaurants, in short, and in a good location despite not being in the Town center but this makes it unique

A beautiful and quiet house, highly recommended, perfect for relaxation and close to many cities like Geneva.

Pleasant stay: At Guinguet, Yvette and Vincent welcomed us with open arms into their home. They helped us plan our mountain biking activities because they know the area perfectly, guides are available to facilitate the planning of the days. The accommodation is very friendly and well located a few minutes from Saint-Jean de Sixt, La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Col des Aravis. We recommend ++ this place. I would this property. Great location, with the ski bus every 30min or on foot in 15min, you are at the foot of the slopes. Superb views of the slopes. Cossy listing, as described. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

Very nice accommodation in a very good location. The setting was beautiful. We had a great stay. Very well equipped accommodation.

One thing I must say we felt like home. And in any case we will come back to this place.

Everything was perfect. Stunning apartment, spacious, clean, equipped, peaceful, incredible views. Close to the centre but far enough to get good exercise in daily. Had a great time at this place! The place was clean, quiet and as advertised. The host was very responsive and attentive, which made my check-in and check-out very easy. The neighborhood is nice and well located, with everything nearby. I would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises!
