Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Deltona

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

We enjoyed staying at this home so much! We literally spent more than 1/2 our time in the Mansard Lanai with the pool, jacuzzi & fire place. Grab a coffee to start the day & Hang out outside in the screened in lanai. Inside both bedrooms had king size beds, which was great. The built ins, in the master closet made functioning really easy. Plus it decluttered the room! We brought our little beagle & she loved the property too. She loved hanging out in the lanai with or without us. The use of the electric golf cart got us all around the villages in style & we enjoyed just plugging it in, not having to gas it up. The appliances were really nice too! We liked the area so much, that we ended up putting an offer on a house while there. The villages guest passes were valuable if you planned to golf. It saved our friends some money. The transfer to us as primary was $50 & really a must if you planned to use all the facilities. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Susan & David!

I stayed here with my family and had a wonderful time! This was a great home-base for us and our small kids for our activities in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, had a well-equipped kitchen, and even had some beach gear we could use. Cindy gave great instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again when we're back in town!

Tetyana's place made my stay in Orlando easy and fun, easy because checking in and out was simple and fun because there is so much to do on location. Wish I had more time to challenge my son at the pool table and ping pong table. Avoid the overpriced small hotel rooms and do yourself and your family a favor and stay at this wonderful place.

Monica was very responsive when we had an issue with one of the bathrooms and got it promptly fixed! We have stayed at this house previously and love the location and amenities. We will be back!

Awesome place to stay. Great home and beautiful resort with an amazing pool, restaurant and everything in between. Would definitely recommend. If you are looking to stay in this area look no further and book this place. Absolutely perfect!

He is a super responsive and friendly host! Went here with a few friends for a mini stay-cation and it was wonderful. The place was spotless when I went in, lots of amenities, a full kitchen with a plethora of utensils, and the pool & hot tub was amazing. Anytime I had any questions, Tim would respond within 10-15 minutes. Lovely place and definitely would book again.

This the only airbnb where I would definitely stay again. The home was spotless, comfortable, had many conveniences other vacation homes lack - beach and pool supplies, games and toys, extra toiletries, etc. Sarah was incredibly responsive and patient. We will come back!

Julia was the most amazing host. This home and location were PERFECT and everything we needed for a Disney trip. Very clean, very well appointed, excellent location near Animal Kingdom. Secure area and comfortable home. We will definitely keep this in our favorites in case we return to Orlando in the future.

The house was clean and had enough blankets and bath towels, and they also had complimentary snacks and water, coffee and cleaning supplies (extremely rare in houses in this area). We really appreciated that. What we didn't like was that there were no rugs for the bathroom or to put on the door between the pool and the house (we were a large group). This would have kept the floor from getting wet all the time and making it dangerous for anyone to slip. We also couldn't find extra towels to use in the pool. The barbecue was dirty and almost caught fire when we turned it on. We were so scared that we ended up not using it anymore (the gas cylinder was full). Overall, the house is very nice, the outdoor area is nice, they accept dogs and that was wonderful for my family. The cleaning supplies in good quantity (garbage bags, soap, sponge, cleaning cloths) helped a lot to keep things organized, and we had a great time at the house, thank you.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

This place has definitely been the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed in!! We had stayed in Windsor Hills before and love it. But Kim’s place was beautiful! All my kids asked to move in, lol. We even extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! The house has everything you need! The beds are soooo comfortable. Everything is brand new, I will say the appliances out smarted me a couple times but every time I reached out to Kim she responded right away. We definitely will stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Thomas’s house and would absolutely go back. It was clean and exactly how it was described in the ad. It was well equipped for young children with pack and plays, baby monitor, high chairs, strollers as well as dishes and utensils. It was a short walk to the Oasis club. Thomas was also very fast to respond to messages and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this house.

Luis was a great host! Communication was excellent and very accommodating. The house was perfect for our family, exactly as described and had everything we needed to accommodate all ages. Definitely recommend as well as would rebook for future vacations. Thank you!

This was a great place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find, and Brenda is a great host. A couple of times throughout our stay she messaged to check in with us about how things were going at the place and if we had everything we needed. When we had questions, she was quick to respond with helpful information. The location was great but during peak tourist season (we were there during Christmas break) the travel time to Universal Studios was longer than Google maps will initially tell you, due to traffic congestion. But this would not deter us from staying here again. The place was clean, tidy, and just right for our family of 4.

If you ate looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature this is the place. Cottage has the best location, you can see the wooded area and the lake and a short walk from the pool.

It has been a wonderful week at this location. It was peaceful, and very centric. Everything we wanted to do was no more than 20 minutes away with traffic… The home was cozy and perfect for my family and when we visit Florida again we will definitely stay here. 5 stars 0 compliments!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

While I had some trouble finding the place (because it was in an unexpected row in the RV park - the Row BEFORE the signed address), Salty Dog was immediately corresponding with me on the AirBnB site and helped me find the cabin. I also later explained the location situation / confusion to him. The location was ideal, as it was pretty close to the Strawberry Festival in Plant City - which was my planned event for two days while I was visiting that part of Florida. Overall, I enjoyed a Peaceful stay and had everything I needed while I was there. Thank you, Salty Dog!

Amazing place! We even had a bear visitor, saw three deer on the side of the road coming back one night, and a baby alligator.

A great little hideaway in a convenient location right by the interstate. The home was exactly like it was shown in the pictures. It was clean and prepared for our arrival. Adam was responsive and helpful with providing a map to the cabin through the park, it would have been difficult to find without that, so thank you Adam! I would stay here again for sure the next time I’m in the area!

Peaceful and beautiful. Cute cottage, near listed amenities. The location is better suited for families rather than couples.
