Monthly Rentals in Delmar Loop, University City

The home was in the perfect location for our trip. I felt very safe and actually took a 3 mile walk around the neighborhood. The beds and pillows and comforters were sooooo comfortable and everything was just as pictured and described. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen . We will definitely return.

We loved the location and comfort of this space. It was a quick drive to the zoo, 15 min to city museum and easy to get in and out of when we were headed to family in the area. The beds were comfortable and the space was bright and well appointed. We are thankful we found this spot for our family spring break trip!

Great place to stay! A quick walk to some amazing food and a short drive to anything else you want to do. Ashley was quick to respond if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place close to Washington University. Great walkable neighborhood full of restaurants and entertainment. Janet's place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn't prepare any meals but the kitchen was well supplied if we had wanted to. We had some difficulty opening the lockbox when we arrived but Janet responded immediately and got it sorted out. Would love to stay here again.
