Two full baths Walkable to many shops including Bestsellers, our bookstore serving espresso drinks, beer, wine and cocktails. And The Vault Deli with gourmet sandwiches. The building was built in 1870 and renovated in 2016 for residential use with hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertop, and air conditioning.

We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside. Fenced in backyard with easy access from kitchen backdoor for your pup.

This is a one bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa, allowing up to four guests . Fast private wifi 6 and Ethernet are available (max download 1Gbs, upload 1Gbs) NO ANIMALS/PETS are allowing inside the studio: $1000 fine if you would bring it in. NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.
