Galena is a beautiful, clean, peaceful town. Jennie’s home was comfortable & inviting. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and a huge fenced yard for the pup!

Alex's place is a great place to stay! Very responsive to questions and minor needs! There's a full sized stove and refrigerator in the airbnb, which was very helpful! His place is very comfortable and the location is perfect for walking to restaurants and casual strolling. You must try the gelato at Ciao Cafe, and the Margherita pizza and meatballs at MOHIO! Both are very close to Alex's airbnb! You must be able to climb stairs to stay here. We had no problems with the stairs, but know others might. You will definitely enjoy your stay at Alex's!

Teresa and Addison's place is exactly as described in the listing. Everything you could need for a short or long stay is here for you. Beautiful backyard scenery right outside including squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, and deer! The Sleep Number bed was fantastic! Only trouble I had was figuring out where all of the light switches were, otherwise this was a great place to stay while in the area for a conference. Highly recommended!

We came to town for a family gathering and really enjoyed our stay with Karah and Anthony as well as the area! So much you can walk to and so much to do. The apartment was pretty clean and the hosts were very responsive. The only small thing I would say is the walkway to the parking lot was just mud in between the houses, so it was a little sketchy to walk on uneven boards placed about (I only mention it in case you have someone elderly or children staying with you) , but other than that, we had a nice stay. Would definitely recommend/return!
