Vacation rentals with breakfast in Delaware County

Staff at the hotel were super accommodating and helpful. the house was as expected. The rooms were furnished well and everything worked as expected. We had 15 guests in total, which is at the far end for sleeping. the whole house can fit 12 (as noted in the description) and even with bringing two air mattresses, it got really tight really quick. Great overall experience. I would absolutely go again!

Jigmey runs a clean operation and was responsive when I had questions. My room was very comfortable and the bathroom had a very nice tub.

The house, both the common and private spaces, has a lovely, peaceful vibe. I was in the midst of a stressful move from one house to another while staying at Anne's, and this felt like a genuine refuge, an oasis of calm. Anne herself is a great host--thoughtful, low-key but genuinely welcoming.

Anne was a wonderful host. Her guest space is simple but comfortable and the location is perfect, walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and with a beautiful view as well.

We had an amazing stay at the Owl House. The house was beautiful, clean, well-stocked, spacious and ideally located for what we were looking for. It’s very family friendly, with a crib, ping pong table, pool table, and lots of games and toys in the basement for the kids to play with. It’s 15 minutes from Bellayre mountain, where we skied every day. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the outdoor space was beautiful as well. Pauline did a great job of explaining everything and offering suggestions both before and during the trip. The house is also very user friendly - there are lots of notes around the house explaining how things work, etc that were super helpful. We had no issues and would definitely stay there again!

Great place! I only stayed a night as I was in town for work but it was a clean, cozy, quiet reprieve. Everything is as described and Jigmey was responsive and friendly. Would stay again when in the area.

The scenery is beautiful! We got to experience it with snow and without. The heat works great in the house. Bring socks if it’s cold because the kitchen tile is cold, everywhere else is fine. The hot water is perfection. There is filtered water at the sink. A huge plus for us. I definitely recommend staying here if you have a large family!

Very eclectic home with unique decorations that made for a memorable stay in a positive way. Belleayre Mountain ski area is just up the road so it was the perfect location for a ski weekend. Really great experience and would recommend it.

Perfect Snowboarding Getaway! I rented this lovely home for a weekend snowboarding trip, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from Belleayre, making it easy to hit the slopes. The home was exactly as described—cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of snowboarding. Carol was a fantastic host; she was very responsive to any inquiries, and the check-in process was seamless. I had no issues during my stay and can't think of any complaints. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay while enjoying winter sports. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Suites on Main! The suite was clean, spacious, and accommodated our needs with microwave, stove and full refrigerator! The on-suite bathroom was so nice and a great hot shower! The location in town is perfect for enjoying the shops and eating spots! We would recommend this place to all couples traveling to Margaretville!

We had a wonderful stay at Signature Quilt B&B. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the snacks and breakfast were just what we needed. Cheri had delicious muffins waiting for us and was quick to respond at anytime. Cheri’s B&B is by far the best deal in the area. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I visited Patty & Leam's for 4 nights and had a truly wonderful time! The view is absolutely stunning, and thanks to the low light pollution, we enjoyed some incredible stargazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking! We really appreciated all of Leam’s thoughtful recommendations—Kaaterskill Falls and horseback riding (e.g. shout out to Broken Spoke Stables!) were highlights of our trip. Breakfast was a delight—especially the amazing maple syrup and fresh farm eggs! We also loved our morning conversations, swapping stories and recipes. We felt genuinely at home and so well cared for throughout our stay. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you both so much! =)

Heidi goes above and beyond for her guests. Her home is warm and welcoming making you feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. we had the pleasure of meeting Heidi and it was such a pleasure getting to know her. She also gives great recommendations on where to go around town. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you Heidi, Randy, and of course their pup Satchmo for a wonderful stay. We are grateful you open your home to us all.

Ben and Cindy are a lovely couple and are very hospitable. Anything I needed, they accommodated. I will be staying here again. It is so close to my daughter's summer camp, I really can't beat the price or location convenience.

We had a lovely time staying here. A cozy mountain weekend, with a perfect bluebird ski day… doesn’t get any better than that. Patti and Leam were extremely kind, responsive and welcoming. We loved getting to know them and hang with their sweet labs!

Happy to stay at Kathy's place. She welcomed me in first thing and we had a lovely chat about the history of the farmhouse. The guest area was charming and cozy, and the property and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Even on a pre-spring rainy day in March, it was a spectacular sight from the porch. Truly appreciated the fruit and banana bread as well as access to additional food and drink during my stay. Everything was clean and fresh and the mirrors were low enough for my short stature to see my face in (which is something I always appreciate). All in all an enjoyable stay!

When we arrived, Chris was there to greet us to give us a quick tour and the keys to our room. He also gave us great tips on some new places to check out since we've last visited Oneonta. The room was comfortable and the common area is very warm and welcoming, all as expected. I highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast that is offered, they do a wonderful job! My wife and I chose the stuffed french toast and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We plan on staying here for future reunions.
