We had an amazing stay at J&Cs home. It was so much bigger than we expected. We were 6 ppl and had so much space that at times we couldn’t find each other!! The house is old and has its quirks but has so much character, I loved it! We were there for a wedding so didn’t get to patronize any businesses but everything you would need was available. All within walking distance. Coffee…Food… booze…general store…gas…etc.

Our famillies from different areas met for a upstate fall weekend and everything was spectacular. Hunter House is a great place to stay! Loved that we all had our own bedroom and my husband and I had our own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was great! We ate almost every meal at the house. The game room was lots of fun as well as all the games there were to play. We especially liked the hot tub! Loved all the hunter house details - blankets, cups, etc. Host was super responsive and helpful!

Anna’s mountain house was the perfect weekend getaway. A group of 10 of us stayed very comfortably as a gathering of both adults and kids. The house was cozy with plenty of living and gathering spaces. Some of the highlights for us was going on nature walks on the beautiful property featuring a pond and a babbling brook that we could walk over on a boardwalk, the simple on/off gas fireplace made for wonderful heat and ambiance, well appointed kitchen was conducive to large group meals, and the furnishings throughout the house were so functional and so stylish. Anna herself couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful and responsive- going above and beyond to ensure our multi family weekend getaway went off without a hitch. We all agreed we will absolutely be returning. This location would be great during any season and we can’t wait to experience it during other times of the year as well. Thanks again Anna!

Great home to share with other families for Cooperstown ASV. Jenn is super communicative before, during, and after. We left behind some headphones and she is going to ship them to us. We felt comfortable and right at home. The house is a little dated but super clean. It has everything you need. Would recommend and would definitely return it when I’m back in two years.

We had the best stay at Cape Curveball while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village! Sabrina was very responsive before, during, and after our trip, and the home was just perfect for our family! My kids loved the trampoline and I loved the easy access to a washer and dryer, and the proximity to CASV. Truly the best home away from home!

Paula's house is epic. It is beautiful, large and perfectly equipped for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone with very comfortable beds, amazing large kitchen with two ovens, beautiful dining table and very large living room. Spent a weekend celebrating a birthday with friends and we never left! Not to mention the hot tub....

We had a lovely stay! This was a great house for our family to come together and celebrate the holidays. There was plenty of room, so many fun amenities (ping pong, pool table, hot tub- just to name a few!), and comfy sleeping arrangements. There is a gorgeous view of the river. This would be an excellent place to enjoy the spring or summer too, with two outdoor fire pits and a grill! We would definitely stay again. Yb was helpful and kind, we highly recommend!

This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!
