A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. A river runs through this property and you can hear it flowing all day. The house is beautiful and full of unique pieces. It feels like you’re staying at a friend’s house, not just an airbnb. We will stay here again!

We had the BEST stay at Canopy Hill House!!! Everything in this home is exquisite; beautiful architecture and design, and an absolutely breathtaking view. We lucked out with gorgeous weather during our stay, which meant our family was able to take advantage of the absolutely beautiful pool on the deck. I honestly still cannot get over how stunning of an experience this was! Everyone in our crew was so happy at Canopy Hill House. Many thanks to our hosts, Amanda and Luke, for opening up their incredible home to visitors - they have truly thought of everything and were wonderful hosts. We even had a chance to meet the house manager when we had a small issue igniting the oven, and he was a gem of a human!! We loved the whole experience through and through!!! We will be back!!!

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

We had a wonderful weekend! The views were spectacular! We attended a wedding in Andes and the location was perfect.

Annie’s place has everything you need. It rained a lot while we stayed her house, but we didn’t need to go anywhere coz the house has a lot of amenities. We and my guests enjoyed playing billiards, board games and just watching view. Highly recommend this place.

Our family absolutely loved staying at Alan’s home. The house is beautiful + has so much character! The kitchen for anyone who loves to cook is your kitchen away from home!! The kitchen truly is stocked + I just loved it! The weather wasn’t great when we chose to book, but we still got to use the pool twice and it has now helped our family decide to have a private pool ourselves! So thankful for this home + can’t wait to book again!

A Hidden Gem for the Perfect Long Weekend! This place is absolutely stunning—so peaceful, private, and exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway. One of my favorite things was how secluded it felt. It truly gave us that “escape from the world” vibe. We had the best time paddle boarding on the pond, soaking up the sun, and even getting in some friendly pickleball matches. The space is beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay. Perfect for families. One tip: don’t forget the bug spray! We didn’t pack any and ended up being a feast for the mosquitos. But honestly, even that couldn’t take away from how magical this spot is. Can’t wait to come back!

Another wonderful stay at the midnight cabin! Our time spent there was so peaceful. The house is very clean and the flowers and coffee are such a nice welcome. The property is very private and serene. The dogs always have a great time wandering the property and cooling off in the pond. Scott is always extremely responsive and very nice to deal with! I highly recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Salvatore’s place was everything as described and more. Attention to detail, thoughtfully decorated, immaculately clean and very welcoming from the time we got there. I slept like a baby! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. 10 minutes away from a few different towns, so we had everything we needed! Delhi and Hamden both had great restaurants. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We had a mix of folk with us and the location was perfect for that. The space was very unique and we loved the goats in the back. Great location if you're into the low-key Catskill vibe and you're trying to fly fish and hike. Last but not least, Donald was a splendid host--had local recs, gifted a little care package when we were missing some things, and was responsive/kind. Would definitely suggest this place. 👌

Georgia’s place is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The A-frame cabin is filled with charming vintage furniture and unique objects that give it so much character. The kitchen is stunning and fully equipped, and the whole space feels like a peaceful retreat. It was the perfect getaway from the city, and my family and I had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Morgan Pond Farm is one of the most beautiful, serene, and lovingly maintained properties we've ever stayed at. If you're looking for peace, privacy, and endless opportunities to enjoy and reflect in a stunning natural setting, this place is for you (especially if you're traveling with a dog!). The grounds are expansive with carefully designed ponds, meadow paths, and forest trails. The wraparound deck gives you mountain, pond, and meadow views right outside the home (and it's partially covered, so quite inviting even if it rains). The house has three bedrooms (including a very comfortable king bed in the primary one), a spacious bathroom, a lovely ground floor living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a work area. Windows throughout bring in the sun and stunning views; a large outdoor shower and indoor/outdoor speaker system are additional delights. Nils could not have been a friendlier or more thoughtful host. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to return. So highly recommended!

Great Views from the Deck & Peacful Stay! This home has some of the best views we have seen from any AirBnb stays. It has a small pond and sorrounded by hills. A Creek or small rivers goes behind the house and you could kayak or boat in it. Enough backyard place for kids to play! Initially we thought the house is small for the price we booked but its totally worth it beacuse of backyard & deck views. This place or town does not has many restaurants so you come prepared to cook food or travel little further to find nice restaurants! We visited this place in Spring time so probably its mosquito season there but Carry mosquito spray is recommended you have small kids or even for adults. We all loved staying in this home!

We had a great visit while at Dmitri's house. It rained and was cold while we were there at the end of May. But the house was so comfortable and the scenic location made up for the bad weather. The house was very clean, has many amenities, including great natural light throughout the home, spacious bedroom spaces, modern decor, a fully equipped kitchen, four full bathrooms, a sauna, and a hot tub. The surrounding property, deck, and outdoor space is beautiful; although we didn't have a chance to enjoy it fully due to the weather. We would definitely book this home again.

This cabin was perfect for my trip. From arrival until check-out I felt comfortable, peaceful & relaxed. Very beautiful, well maintained property with great views. We had a very enjoyable stay for a month at this very private and light-filled house with a very unique origin, as it was hand built by artist David Byrd. Our host Gib responded immediately to any issues that came up, which were few.

We loved our stay at Robert's Bohemian Cabin! It has lots of charm, was very comfortable, and very clean. A very private location with great views. Fully equipped. Location was convenient to our visit to SUNY Oneonta. Robert was very quick to respond to our inquiries. We plan to return in the future.
