The Lodge at Hidden Falls

No cleaning fees. No guest tasks. Stay in a charming log cabin home in the mountains. We offer a single private bedroom that sleeps two guests, a semi-private guest loft for up to four guests, and a shared bath. Or, reserve a glamping experience in your own private site. A roomy three-person tent is provided, or bring your own! A host is always present in a second host loft. SUNY Oneonta and SUNY Delhi students stay free with regular multi-guest reservations. Pastry breakfast is provided.

The Equestrian Suite at The Bull & Garland

The Equestrian suite has a private entrance located off the ground floor porch of The Bull & Garland, a traditional English pub in an historic 1830's inn, located in the picturesque book village of Hobart, NY. The suite features a queen bed with linen bedding, antique hunt scene wallpaper, en-suite bathroom with copper tub, separate shower and a large bay window and desk overlooking the garden. The pub is currently CLOSED for winter break but the inn remains open for guests seven days a week.

The historic Mill Pond Inn was built in 1879 by the Mann Brothers, who ran a grain and sawmill. When David and Joan purchased the property in 2017, it had been abandoned for twenty-two years, but retained many of its original details. Today, the house features five rooms with private baths, a relaxing front porch, and a large back deck with stunning views of the mill pond. An event space for parties of up to 100+. On-Site Tavern & Restaurant is open Thursday-Sunday 10a-10p.

We are a turn of the century retreat currently undergoing renovation. Those rooms that have been complete with with fresh paint, hardwood flooring and new pillow top mattresses, new cotton sheets and new plush towels. Bathrooms have been fully upgraded and offer walk in showers, new facilities and unique tiles. Each room offers kitchenettes and black out drapery. We designed each room to be unique yet all of them have the comforts of home. Come stay with us.

Room 2: The Red Rose Motel & Tavern

We offer contactless check-in and check-out to our guests. Our lounge is available to guests, as well as outdoor amenities: two fire pits, hammocks in the pine trees, a backyard patio, and picnic tables throughout the grounds. Our tavern is open for food, beer, wine and cider Fri-Mon, 5-9p. Coffee, fridge and charcoal grills are provided. WiFi is not guaranteed in the guest rooms.
