Great little cozy spot!! Quiet neighborhood! Perfect location! With a small view of the ocean!! Close to Wharf, Cannery Row, Aquarium & 17 mile drive! Easy access in & out of neighborhood to main roads!

You will not regret staying here. Debra and David were so incredibly nice. The house and the outdoors/garden are beautiful. We loved the hot tub being off the master suite and the fact there are no neighbors so it’s incredibly quiet. It’s in a great location near both downtown and the fairgrounds. We can’t wait to return. We might need to add more nights because we had such a fantastic time. Thanks Debra. So great to meet you and David!!

We stayed at this house for one night and it was one of the best nights we had on this road trip. The house is very nice and clean and full of amenities that made us feel like home! We love the golf simulator as well and it kept me and my kids busy for a while!! It also has a nice ocean view from the window and makes this place even better! The hose is super responsive and even gifted us a bottle of wine!! I would highly recommend and come back again!

My family came to visit us from out of town and we made the 3 hour trek from Elk Grove to take them to Monterey and Carmel. This was the perfect rest stop for us during our two day stay.

Very beautiful house with lots of space in the living area and beautiful outdoor areas. In a great location, a quick drive or Uber down to Carmel by-the-sea or Monterey. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time soaking in the spectacular mountain views and embracing nature’s beauty. We loved our unexpected encounters with the local deer family, watching quail cross the streets, and discovering fascinating California native plants. Surprise to find items we need in the pantry and refrigerator, made us feel right at home. The comfortable mattresses and bedding ensured a restful sleep, even with the mysterious sounds of the wild surrounding the house at night. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! This is a very beautiful and comfortable property near the 17-mile drive area in Pebble Beach. Access is easy to downtown Carmel and Monterey. The home is stacked with amenities - hot tub, fire pit, grill, pizza oven, ping pong, TVs with streaming, etc. The hosts even put out popcorn and supplies for s’mores! Everything was pristinely clean and there is no shortage of blankets, towels, and even beach towels. Kitchen is very open and has lots of dishes and tools for cooking/serving. There is a spacious 2-car garage that can be utilized with an EV charger. We all loved our stay, great for families with kids and adults alike. Only thing to note, the driveway is steep, so be careful of entry angle with your vehicle. We had a couple guests with VERY low sports cars who still managed, but worth noting to be careful. Highly recommend this property and the hosts. The property manager was extremely helpful, accessible and responsive for both instructions and anything we needed.

We loved our stay at this stunning modern home tucked away in the Santa Cruz hills. The house feels completely private and secluded, surrounded by nature, yet it’s only about 15 minutes from town and the beach — the best of both worlds. Everything was beautifully designed, high-end, and spotless. The pool was a highlight for my kids. Perfect spot to unwind and still be close to everything. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Sean's place. The house is so spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large kitchen; it never felt crowded, even with a few of us in there at once. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was with all the pots, pans, plates, and other essentials we needed. Our kids absolutely adored the pool area! It was beautiful and private, and they had so much fun with the basketball hoop. They also loved watching the hummingbirds at the backyard water fountain and the rabbits hopping around in the garden. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a lovely weekend with our family celebrating a birthday. The place was perfect for hosting 6 of us, walking to the beach and then driving up to Capitola and other towns very close by for celebration dinners. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend others to consider for a beach getaway.

Cute house. Would advise driving during daylight tho, the roads are extremely windy and challenging at night. We had a tough time driving up in the dark. The amenities like hot tub were great. House was as described! Easy to use amenities. Would advise bringing a jacket on April.

We enjoyed our stay: the home is clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room for the five of us in the three bedrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the appliances and tools you’d need to cook and enjoy a meal in the kitchen or outside in the backyard. Access to the community and house was easy.

The home is so beautiful and had everything we needed to cook at home. Very walkable to downtown and in close proximity to Big Sur and Monterey to do little day trips there also. Ben and Julie were great hosts and left my fiancé and I flowers and chocolates on Easter and gave us great recommendations on what to do in the area. All around fantastic house, fantastic people, and a fantastic town to visit.

Murray’s little cottage is in a convenient location for both Monterey and Carmel. It has a wonderful view where it is and the place is spotless. He has everything you would need and extra including food being there. He is also very responsive in getting back to you with any questions. I would highly recommend staying there if you’re wanting to be in the area!

Perfect spot for a birthday getaway with my family of four. Chris’s home in Pacific Grove is situated ideally for easy access to Carmel, Monterey, and Big Sur. What we also discovered is that PG is a destination in itself—with quality restaurants, a beautiful coastal trail, and unique shops. Chris was a friendly, helpful host-offering us terrific recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. He also was kind enough to let me know we could check in early and check out a bit later, if we needed to. Finally, he was so thoughtful on my birthday, delivering a box of delicious baked goods to me. Chris’s descriptions and photos of his home were accurate; I love the front room’s natural light, the wood floors, the solid wood furniture, and the home’s layout. We didn’t do much cooking, as we wanted to try the restaurants in the area, but it was modern and well-equipped. The beds were very comfy and the shower heads had great water pressure. Top ratings! We had a great stay at the property. It was VERY well kitted out, with everything you could need and lots of extras that you wouldn't necessarily expect. We visited with a 2 year old and she was delighted to find a scooter and beach toys in the garage to play with. We greatly appreciated having plenty of linens, towels, dishwasher tablets, toiletries, laundry detergent and even spices for cooking! It made our stay even better. The location was perfect for us; a quiet, safe, friendly neighbourhood. You do need a car though - Monterey is about 10 minutes drive away and the beach (plus a few small shops) just a few minutes drive but not walking distance. The property was even nicer than the pictures and the beds and sofa were very comfortable. We had a really lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much for having us!
