Vacation rentals in Deka Lake

Great place to explore Sun Peaks from with our kids. We loved hitting “That Churro Place” before our final run on the Orient chair to get home to the hot tub. Super convenient to load/unload with the over height parking right in front then our F350 truck still fit underground. We did find that it would be a bit far to walk into the village very often but we found parking down there without issue. We didn’t realize that there was not a bbq, so would bring our own little one next time. Would love to go back and the hosts were very responsive and friendly! We all loved the added touch of the guestbook and the helpful binder of info. Enjoy!!

Our family loved our time in Sun Peaks. The hot tub was a nice treat after a day of skiing. Beds are super comfy. House is a short walk into town. We enjoyed the Japanese restaurant for dinner that the host recommended.

Karyn’s place is fabulous. Exactly as described. The kitchen was very easy to work in and the furnishings were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the access to the hot tub and into the garage. Also, the location was great; very easy walk into town and to the lifts. Ideal spot for our ski vacation! Karyn was beyond helpful and accommodating, and her information packets are comprehensive and well presented. We plan on returning next year and highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay! The cabin is ideally located near the lake, which also makes for a great view. We loved seeing all the farm animals (especially the cute lambs). Definitely a great place to relax and unwind. The cabin was fully equipped and the wood furnace made the cabin nice and toasty. The pullout sofa was a little uncomfortable, as the middle was sunken in. There are more than enough dishes, though some were not entirely clean. Overall, the place is fantastic and we would definitely come back!

This is a great waterfront property with friendly and responsive hosts. As a family of 6 traveling to meet up for the Thanksgiving holiday, we enjoyed this peaceful, well maintained property very much. We will be back!

Paul’s house was very nice, plenty of room for nine of us. Very well stocked with all you could need. There was lots of space for large groups. Room for four vehicles in driveway. Really enjoyed our stay there. Sourdough bread was great and thankyou for the water and Bubbly for the birthday party.

Beautiful modern lodging that made our group's stay an absolute treasure of a time. With the A/C unit it stayed cool all throughout the day while the sun came in on the house. We would for sure rent here again!

Sharma’s place was ideal for our family ski-trip! Super cozy, comfortable, and homey. Would love to stay again.

Firstly, the building is centrally in Sun Peaks so everything was within a short walking distance which was great. Next, the unit was very clean and spacious, and well equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, bbq, pots/pans, and many other cooking utensils, so we didn’t have to bring much on our trip. Lastly, the outdoor hot-tub on the balcony was really a treat to have, especially when it was snowing. If we do end up coming back to Sun Peaks in the future, we will definitely try to stay here again!
