We had a really great experience staying at Sonya’a place. We feel like staying at home . All amenities were available. The place is really clean and match airbnb status. Worth penny Also , checkin and check out was very easy.

The stay was very comfortable and the Host - Suyog was very responsive. location of this apartment is a highlight as it is on top floor with golf facing balcony. Apartment is very well equipped with all utensils and looks just like the picture. Highlight recommend.

A well equipped cozy little condo, neat, smooth check in, all basic necessities available, the view is great. Only one drawback being if you’re coming via your own car, i don’t recommend since the parking outside the building is unsafe, my tyre was flattened out deliberately for 2 days straight. Otherwise a really good place for the price.

Overall, this place is well-maintained, with a good location, ample parking, and robust security. Food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato are also efficient. The only minor issue is the ongoing construction of one tower, which slightly impacts the entrance area's appearance.

The place is exactly what you're looking for! It’s located in a perfect spot away from the hustle and noise of the city. I visited during the monsoon season, so everything was lush and green, and the view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. The house is equipped with all the appliances you might need there wasn’t a single thing I found missing. The host was very responsive and kind. We had to change our stay dates, and they helped us without any hassle. They also patiently answered all my queries. It’s truly a hidden gem ideal for relaxing and exploring the nearby attractions.

One of the best stays I’ve had this year! The property was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-maintained, equipped with all the essentials you’d need for a long-term stay. Housekeeping was regular and up to the mark, and the host was incredibly responsive and proactive, which made everything even more convenient. We were also provided with extra linen, toiletries, and drinking water during power cuts, a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. Fantastic stay last week! It felt like a peaceful oasis, reminds you of Central Park in NYC, green nestled amid tall apartments. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive, greeting us warmly upon arrival. The recently renovated villa boasts modern amenities, including RO water, a home theatre, a snooker table, and new AC units and geysers, big TV's, and more... With a group of 12, we enjoyed cooking lunch in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a good range of cutlery. The pool was well-maintained and felt wonderfully private. We loved the decor, large paintings and furniture with a cared vintage and modern touch. You will be just 200 meters from a large shopping mall with around 20 dining options, we ordered a T-shirt via Swiggy, arriving in just 6 minutes!!!, The spacious sit-out areas near the pool and in the hall were perfect for our large group. The pets on the property were surprisingly well-behaved. Susmitha and her family were always just a ping away with a smile. Gr8

My family had a very comfortable stay and we're quite happy. The apartment has many amenities that you can avail and the best part is the location is very scenic. Kimaya was very responsive and prompt. Overall the stay was good.

We felt right at home and safe. While we had booked the place only for a day, we extended our stay by 2 days considering the environment and calm around the location. All basic amenities were also in place. Satish sir helped us beyond what we requested and he sure is a great host.

The lush garden stretches like your own private landscape, and the serene lake-touch view is simply breathtaking. At night, the moonlight reflecting off the water creates the most peaceful and surreal setting. Sherna, our host, was incredibly responsive. A special heartfelt mention to Munshi and Sunita—this stay wouldn’t have been the same without them. Munshi, the ever-smiling and warm caretaker, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always around yet never intrusive. And Sunita… what a gem! Her food was honestly the highlight of our day, every single day. Home-style, packed with love, and absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a warm hug. She made us feel like family, not guests. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal, peaceful, and cared for. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
