There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. In the absolutely idyllic Kas Alm on the Grandsberg you can relax in peace with your whole family or your friends or celebrate your birthday and other special occasions. NOTE: The access to Kas Alm is via a forest path. The path is not passable with sports cars. The Kas Alm cannot be accessed by car in winter in snow (except with snow chains). The Kas Alm is within walking distance in approx. 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot of Grandsberger Hof.
