Loft vacation rentals in Decentralized Administration of the Aegean

Nous avons été très bien guidé et accueillis depuis l'aéroport de Heraklion jusqu' à Maroulas même très tardivement dans la nuit. Le logement nous a été présenté, avec quelques cadeaux de bienvenue. L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter la partie centrale de la Crète comme les plages de Rethymnon ou de Preveli. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est un réel plus, les tavernes autour également...

Merci Emma pour ce magnifique accueil, tu auras rendu ce passage en 2023 merveilleux. Le logement est encore mieux qu’en photo, le jaccuzi était parfait, on s’y sentait tellement bien qu’on avait du mal pour sortir et visiter l’île. Emma a été très serviable et est vraiment une hôte en or. On se rappellera de notre séjour à Santorin. Mille merci 🙏🏼 ♥️

C’est une maison où on est au calme, au frais, avec une terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique, et d’où on est proche de tout (le parking du bas, l’arrêt de bus, le chemin qui mène à Aigiali). Merci encore à Sophia, et à sa mère pour les légumes du jardin !

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Haus in der obersten Etage mit Überblick. Es ist auch sehr ruhig, da alle anderen im Haus nur geschäftlich genutzt wird. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man auch die Stadt sehr gut erkunden. Falls man ein Mietauto hat, findet man in der näheren Umgebung jederzeit einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und befindet sich in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation der Vermieter war sehr gut. Ich hatte auch zweimal meine Ankunft ändern müssen und es wurde jedesmal sofort darauf reagiert und meine Buchung unkompliziert geändert. Ich möchte daher nochmals vielen lieben Dank sagen. Wenn ich wieder nach Kos komme, würde ich jederzeit gerne wieder dort wohnen.

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος, ιδανικός 4-5 άτομα. Πολυ καλή η τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι κυριολεκτικα 5 λεπτα απο το Αεροδρομιο του νησιού. Το σπίτι ήταν όπως στις περιγραφές και ο κύριος Σίμος αρκετά φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός απέναντί μας. Θα πήγαινα ξανά αν μου δινόταν η ευκαιρία.

Lovely accommodation with a great terrace for complete relaxation. We enjoyed sitting out, looking at the view with the option of a quick walk to the sea for a quick dip to cool off or alternatively downstairs to the pool. Our 4 day stay was at the end of a busy 10 days travelling around the island so it was the perfect way to relax for us. A great supermarket is located 5 minutes inland, with some nice shops, bars and restaurants along the road. Don’t miss the cake box bakery. Lovely busy cafe nearby. Thanks Katerina for allowing us to use the facilities to the end of the day as we had a late flight home.

Nikos was an incredible host. He arranged transfers along with a full briefing of Rhodes and what to do during our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of three, with everything you need to enjoy a Greek island break. Location and ammenities were first class. Highly recommend.

Ο χώρος βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της παλιάς πόλης, κάτι που εδωσε μεγάλη ευκολία στις βόλτες μας Επομένως είναι μια πολύ καλή συνθήκη για κάποιους που χρειάζονται μια βάση για ύπνο στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης Πολύ κοντά βρίσκεται super market Υποσημείωση: καθώς βρίσκεται κεντρικά και συστεγάζεται με ένα εστιατόριο, υπάρχει ορισμένες ώρες της ημέρας μια σχετική κίνηση από κόσμο. Για εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα αυτό και γι'αυτό δεν το θεωρώ ως αρνητικό. Ευχαριστώ Γιώργο
