We love the home, the area was beautiful with an amazing view and all was perfect! Nida and Vaso were the sweetest managers you can get super helpful. The cleaning crew was super nice and discreetly cleans the home daily. If there is anything they can improve is to add a shower head in the second master bedroom. Another suggestion is to have included chairs a near by beach club. If they do that the home will be more than a perfect space. Thank you Nida and Vaso for picking us up at the airport to make sure we arrive with no trouble to the villa after such a long trip. Thank you for getting us glass bottle water and bringing it downstairs. Thank you for going to the farmacy and getting me magnesium salts so I could soak in the beautiful tub and relax after a full day in Myconos.

George and his entire team deserve 5 million stars! Working with Sevi, the concierge, prior to arrival to help plan our trip and get recommendations was so helpful and appreciated. Villa Mati is beautiful, tastefully decorated and absolutely pristine. The views were absolutely STUNNING. The amenities of the villa rival those of a 5 star hotel. The daily cleaning service was terrific. I think George and his team are phenomenal and I would stay at one of his villas again without question. George and Antonis were always immediately responsive to questions and provided prompt answers. Also having them able to book transportation was a much appreciated and unexpected perk of staying at the villa. I 100% recommend Villa Mati- I hope to return in the future!

This place is just beautiful! The pictures don’t do the property justice. There is a winery on its doorstep which you can go and sit on the cliff top with a bottle of wine and watch the sun set every night if you wanted. Definitely worth hiring a car to explore as the property is pretty central. The property has a driveway as well. I would hire a car straight from the airport and google maps will get you to the property in approximately 10 minutes. There are local shops to get your groceries easily. The hosts are lovely people who respect your privacy but are also more than happy to help if you want it. Plenty of towels and sunbathing towels as well! The kitchen is well stocked with all the electrical items you would have at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also beautiful. Great place to entertain with friends and family, we will definitely be going back to this place!

We had a wonderful time in Mykonos. The house was large but it should be noted that only three of the bedrooms are in the main house. The others are located around the property. The host was very responsive and had a great local representative that helped us in any way we needed. The driver that they arranged for us during our stay was amazing! We would highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic week here - two families with 5 small children between us. The house is beautiful, spacious and private, with top-of-the-line appliances and furniture, and everything you could think of for a holiday. The pool and private beach access was perfect - one thing to be aware of is that the house and patio area have tiles which look stunning but are very slippery when wet - not a problem but something to keep in mind when kids are running in and out of the pool. The service provided by the host was amazing - daily cleaning by a wonderful and helpful maid, grocery delivery and very quick responses. We had a private chef come 3 times, which was amazing and highly recommended. We will be back!

Overall, I would highly recommend staying at the Thalassa Residence. Valia promptly addressed our inquiries, provided us with the necessary information, and delivered excellent services at the villa. Dimitris, the property manager, was readily available on-site for any immediate villa needs or questions. One of the highlights of our stay was booking Chef Kostas, whose professionalism, charm, and culinary skills made our dinners at the villa truly enjoyable. It's worth noting that there is ongoing construction behind the villa which obstructs the view, contrary to what is shown in the photos. This development, while relatively new, was unfortunately not communicated to us upon arrival. Although the area was quiet during weekends, we felt uneasy during weekdays due to construction activities near the villa. Although disappointing, it did not significantly detract from our overall experience as we found activities to do in town and around Crete. Would recommend ThinkVilla as a company.

Stefanos was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us great directions to the place and even met us at the ferry port. The place was spacious and just as described. Daily cleaning was included. The hosts were always available via What’s app to answer any questions or for booking a ride around the island. Location is supreme. Right in the middle of old town. Highly recommend

We recently held our company offsite at Villa Heora in Rethymno, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The villa itself is stunning, nestled in a fantastic location that combines privacy with easy access to local attractions. Although there was an additional fee to heat the pool, it proved to be completely worth it given the chilly weather, allowing us to enjoy a warm, relaxing swim. A short drive took us to the charming old town of Rethymno, where we indulged in some of the best local cuisine at delightful restaurants. Our host, Giorgos, was exemplary—always available and quick to respond to any of our queries or needs. His hospitality made our stay comfortable and seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Villa Heora. It provided the perfect setting for both work and relaxation, making our offsite truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special getaway on Crete!
