We stayed in Dimitrios small house for three months, and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Pythagorio to book here. Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

The house is very convenient to have a nice time in Skyros. It is 100m from the beach of Polismata and not even a 5’drive from that of Molos. It has shade and cool spots throughout the day long and offers a lot of privacy. In the neighborhood there is the tavern of Stelios, the bakery and a mini market difference. The location is very good for exploring the island by car. Very convenient for young children as it has an enclosed courtyard that offers safety and lots of toys! The communication with Mirella is excellent, it generously offers all the secrets of the house and the island. We felt at home.

Great accommodation. Location is perfect with beautiful view but you have to be with car or motorbike. The apartment has everything you need, big living room with kitchen, bedroom and very comfortable bathroom. Georgios is super friendly and respond every time. Highly recommend this accommodation 😊

Francisco is super welcoming and kind; he will only speak greek but he is very good in making you understand. His wife speaks english also, so she can help. The location is wonderful, terrace, big bedroom and a small kitchen with all the necessary. The terrace is the best part of the house, from where you can enjoy a very relaxing view of the small town of Megalo Livadi and his little bay. Despite is a gulf, the water is clean so you can enjoy the sea there, but in 20/30 minutes of car you can reach Sykamia or other wonderful beaches in the north, or even Chora, or the port. The island is so small that distance is not really a concern, if you have a car. I will come back for sure!

Everything was good, very calm place for the peaceful holiday.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful oasis in Agia Pelagia, and it was a delightful experience. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the beach, numerous tavernas, and a mini-market. This made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the local cuisine and pick up any essentials at a moment's notice. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The WiFi was also excellent, which the kids very much appreciated! Additionally, you can park your car in the yard, which added to the overall convenience. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even had a bottle of wine to welcome us on arrival and gave us local souvenirs when we left! Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and beauty of Agia Pelagia.

If you want a spot with a view on olives trees and a sea, this is your place. Nice and tidy home to stay with our baby and feel at home. Thanks again for your kindness !

The accommodation is small but cozy and very nice and modernly furnished with a beautiful terrace and other outdoor areas to use, as well as a barbecue. The wifi was good, especially on the terrace and it's a 3 minute walk to the beach, which we had almost to ourselves with super clear water. Kitchen is very sparsely furnished and not very suitable for cooking. It was good for us. The accommodation was very clean. We took a taxi for €35 from the port and were on site on foot, that's good for 3 days, there is a supermarket 1 hour walking distance and 20 minutes on the beach a restaurant. I think it's more open during the high season. Our stay was super nice and very relaxed! Glad to come back.

Wonderful garden in nature with a lot of beautiful details, great pool, cosy house. And a perfect host!

The accommodation is very comfortable and comfortable, equipped with a kitchen, essential bathroom and utensils, air conditioning (very useful given the great summer heat). In the common area there is a beautiful pool next to a bat where you can cool off and eat some snacks but also have full meals. The staff is helpful and kind. We had a great time, thank you!
