Condo vacation rentals in Decatur

The instructions were interesting to get to the right room through the right path. They were made as clear as possible. At the time of my stay the amenities had crossed out hot water suggesting it was not available. I can reassure that there was hit water during my stay. The host went above and beyond providing a lot of things like toothpaste and body wash to the room. Also the additional water and snacks were highly appreciated. Although I did not cook, there was cookware that was present to allow you to cook if needed. Also the Marta train was only about 2 blocks away. I was able to get to the majority of the places I needed for easy prices. In particular, the ATL airport. There was also a Publix across the street which helped me to get anything I needed during my stay. I may try to reserve the same spot for next year.

Very nice space and convenient to all of Midtown. I was there to go to the Fox, a pleasant 15’ walk. Untolled number of great coffee shops close by.

The apartment I got was beautiful! Will definitely be back. The views, staff, and amenities were incredible.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in a great area, felt safe and comfortable. Our host reached out and checked on us during the inclement weather, which I thought was a really sweet thing to do. I would 100% book here again when visiting Atlanta!

This unit is precisely as described and the pictures do not do any justice to the apartment itself. A wonderful place for a long weekend with someone you love. Close proximity to everything in midtown and beautiful views. Shanta is an excellent host and was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We will stay here anytime we are in ATL. Thanks for everything Shanta.

My stay ay Jay's place was just what I needed for my last minute trip. He responded quickly and was super accommodating with a variety of things. The building was secure and Jay's place was spotless. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean and the air worked perfectly. Thanks Jay! I'll definitely be back!

Such an amazing find, i really enjoy my stay. not only was gee a delight with communication and customer service so was the staff at the building. The place looks good in the photos but even better in person. Definitely money well spent:)

It was an amazing place to stay! Gaynell is a super responsive host and I had no problems! It was a very clean and nice place overall!

Lamar’s space was beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even more beautiful in person. Everything was as described on the listing. He was very friendly & helpful with everything we needed. 10/10 Don’t hesitate to book, JUST DO IT!! We will definitely be booking again for our next Atlanta trip.

Self Check-in was easy and connection to the WIFI was fast and reliable. Kitchen fully equipped and included a 12-cup drip coffee maker, toaster, and air-fryer. Loved the natural sky-lighting in the kitchen and the rain-shower in the bathroom! Quiet area close to local attractions and shopping. Walmart and Dunkin Donuts just down the street. 5-stars.

We had a great stay! We made good use of the gym and really appreciated how close we were to everything we had planned. The location was perfect, and everything felt easy and convenient. Thank you!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Was a wonderful stay everything was perfect and David a Jayne was very responsive if I had any questions.

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

Jose's place was great, it's a beautiful home, super clean, loaded with all the amenities that anyone would want to have a great stay. we really enjoyed the kitchen, the beds were really great, the bathroom was super clean, had great towels, plenty of hot water. The air conditioner worked great. The place was very quiet, we felt it was a safe area to be in, within walking distance to shopping, and a very pretty green area to walk in, and plenty of parking. We had a great stay and will look forward to returning.

I had a wonderful stay at Jordan and Shante’s place! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Very nice area and location in East Cobb area of Roswell, GA. High end residential area. 3 minutes down the road is Publix and Kroger shopping centers along with restaurants, cleaners and gas stations. The location is a bit of a drive to major highways like 285 and GA 400 because it is imbedded into neighborhoods. Very responsive hosts. Any questions or concerns I had they got right back with me and indeed came out timely. This is a basement apartment of a large house. Both are rented out as Air B&B. If both areas above & the basement apartment are rented out at same time, you can hear each other. Be a respectful neighbors. Nice backyard,sides not fenced, perfect for dogs. Everyone that came while I was there brought their dog(s). The driveway is super steep & curves to right going up.House is on a hill, first one on the left as you turn off Childers.Take driveway slow, Low gear depending car. Plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. Very satisfied with my stay of 2 months.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
