Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Death Valley

Really nice place. Spacious, clean, charming. Lots of linen and towels. Kitchen was big and airy and had everything we needed to cook, grill, make coffee, etc. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus! The backyard was huge with a seating area and grill. Note that Pahrump is more than an hour away to the Death Valley entrance but it’s a beautiful drive. At the time we stayed, the wifi was somewhat spotty at times but after reaching out to Alex and Jhemma and restarting the router, it was better. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip here and staying at this house in Pahrump was a respite from a day’s worth of exploring in hot and beautiful Death Valley! Alex and Jhemma responded quickly when messaged and were very attentive hosts.

Leslie's place is great for those who want to commune with the stars and be surrounded by horses and nature. Our daughter is a horse rider, and Leslie was very kind to let her ride several of the horses and get a sense of what it is like to ride Western. Highly recommend. Bring your own food because there isn't much for miles around, but a true little paradise and authentic piece of California.

Great place to stay with easy access for your DEATH VALLEY / RED ROCKS weekend excursions! The home is comfortable and equipped with everything you could need and more. Owners are overly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Highlights : Location- Perfect distance for day trips to the incredible Death Valley. Town area is close and has anything you would need. Amenities- Outdoor lovers welcome! Heated pool is amazing, Star gazing swing area is great, Grill selection and all kitchen needs available. This isn't a typical hollow rental, it is a home filled with character and charm. Host Jody has a great book of recommendations of local favorites. Being from the southeast US, Pahrump, NV is a different world, but Jody made us feel right at home and I would definitely stay again!

This lovely house is located in the middle of Death Valley and Las Vegas. It only takes about 1 hour to go to these two famous places, which is very convenient. The landlord decorated all the rooms very warm and comfortable. Whether it is the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen or public area, they are all very clean and pleasing! The landlord equipped the guests with enough tea bags and coffee capsules, and the abundant quantity is very friendly to guests who drive. Because we brought our puppy with us, the landlord even put dog biscuits and dog chews, which made our little dog very happy! This house is very suitable for tourists who need to travel to both Death Valley and Las Vegas. It is highly recommended!

Kylie and Joshua you have a very beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us. Beautiful, comfortable modern home with plenty of room located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. While the entire home is beautiful. The heart of the house is the kitchen. It is such a comfortable space. We spent most of our time sitting in the breakfast nook, conversing. We didn't even turn the TV on. We do a lot of riding just outside of town and just outside of Death Valley. It would a pleasure if you would consider renting to us on future trips. We stayed in Nicole’s place with 2 adults and 2 kids over our spring break and loved it. We didn’t know anything about Ridgecrest but wanted a jumping off point for some Death Valley and Mount Whitney excursions. While nothing in California is particularly close, this proved to be an ideal location for accessing both places and we also ate at some really yummy restaurants in Ridgecrest and could get everything we needed at the multiple grocery stores in town. The house itself was situated in a calm, lovely neighborhood that easily connected to dirt trails — great for walking and running. We really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood in the evenings, with the sprawling desert and panoramic mountain views in the distance. The yard was lovely, like a little oasis, with a daily hummingbird visitor and a pool with a diving board. We enjoyed all of our meals in the outdoor dining area and found the interior of the home to be perfect: clean, spacious, comfortable and fully stocked.

This was a great spot for our family to stay for the night on a long road trip home. The house was clean and comfortable, and the yard is huge so we were able to have a massive Easter egg hunt on Easter morning!
