I loved staying in this apartment. It is spacious, ideal for 2 people and still comfortable for 3; with a fairly private and above all safe terrace, with a barbecue, and from where you see the sunrises and work remotely. It is in a quiet area, steps from the park and the promenade, and with all kinds of places to go out and have a good time at any time of the day. I felt very comfortable, Laura is a very nice person, looking for you to spend a nice stay and if, would come back.

A private swimming pool is surrounded by lush greenery and a well-maintained garden. The pool features blue water that reflects the sky, while terracotta tiles create a warm border around the pool area.

José was amazing host, always responsive and extremely flexible. The house is unique for its location and amenities. Perfect for a family or for a group to come work for a few days, whatever you want to. The garden with the "parrilla" is an amazing co-living. I just hope to be back one day. Thank you so much!

Everything is fine, the neighborhood is quiet. We left the vehicle parked on the street every day and never had a problem. It is worth noting the comfort if you travel with babies, as in our case it includes a chair, crib and there are even car seats.

Sebastián was extremely welcoming, generous, and responsive to all our needs and kind enough to allow for a flexible check in and out. La Casita was a dream. We were lucky enough to spend an entire month, and wish we could have stayed forever. We loved the large windows, amazing rooftop, and kitchen with all the amenities. The location is amazing, with the sounds of the candombe right around the corner, and the rambla just down the street. We got amazing sleep on the comfortable bed listening to the sound of the fleeting storms. This house is magic!

We enjoyed this Airbnb home ("El Quincho") very much! The house was clean, safe, and functional. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped for cooking and food preparation, the pool was very nice, as was the pergola to entertain friends. The property is in a nice location with a short walk to beach access.

Excellent apartment in a nice area, just outside Montevideo and close to the beach. Good communication with the host and the building staff were always on hand to help out too. Only minor downside was the parking garage was tiny, our car isn't large but we really struggled, nothing the host or the building staff could do though but worth bearing in mind if you have a car. Buses ran right outside the apartment regularly and we found it easier to use the bus than the car most of the time.

We really had a beautiful stay. Alejandro communicated clearly from the start, gave us the building rules and even sent a tutorial on how to use the elevator. The apartment is impeccable, very bright, and with everything you need. The building is what we were looking for, with several amenities such as the pool and spa area. The area has a very good gastronomic offer, and there are several outdoor activities to do regardless of the day of the week. If I had to think of something negative, I would mention two aspects, which do not depend on the host at all: on-sauna and jacuzzi use is limited to just 15 minutes per day per apartment, even though there were no more people who booked a turn; and finally, the noise in the pool, which being a shared area for family use was too noisy. Anyway, we are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much Alejandro for everything!

The stay was very good and Silvana is always attentive to answer any questions. We even missed one of the key sets and helped us figure it out. The building doormen are also all very polite and friendly. The apartment has a unique front row view to Pocitos beach. La Rambla is somewhat noisy because of the cars but keeping the windows closed you can hardly hear anything. The apartment has everything and is spacious. Silvana was also very flexible with the check-out times, which helped us a lot.

The kitchen area showcases modern appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave. A spacious countertop extends towards a bar with four tall stools. Bright yellow backlighting enhances the cooking space, while glassware is neatly arranged on the shelf above.

The apartment is in a really good location, near Jose Ellauri but far enough away to mediate the street noise. Of course, in this part of Montevideo, there is easy access to the beach, farmacias, supermercados, ferias (four of them on four different days), confiterias, panadorias , parrilladas, etc. all within easy walking distance. Punta Carretas Shopping and Montevideo Shopping are walkable as well. But we like to walk. Of course, taxis are plentiful and easy to hail. The apartment includes a really nice garden that boasts a clothesline, or as we call it, a solar dryer. The washing machine looks very new. Our host Marianne, has cabinets full of pots and pans, lots of tableware and all the common conveniences. We enjoyed our stay in her apartment, in her city , in her country, but we always do. ¡Nos encanta Uruguay!

It was a pleasure returning to this very special loft-style apartment in Montevideo that has one of the most stunning views of the city's waterfront enjoyed from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, moments from the old town, surrounded by shops, cafés & restaurants and no distance from the boardwalk or 'rambla' & public transport. Giovanna is an excellent, commucative host who has carefully thought of everything a guest will need – from top kitchen appliances to beautiful furnishings all inside a historic renovated building. The internet connection was exceptional & the space remained quiet at most hours of the day due to its thick walls and decent insulation which is not the case with newer apartment buildings. Ideal spot for short or longer term stays. Highly recommend!

I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

Spacious apartment in the center of Ciudad Vieja! Very close to restaurants, markets, attractions, and the Rambla. Fast internet, cold AC, stainless cookware, nice washer/dryer, and comfortable furniture. Balcony is great for people watching, but can be noisy. The area has a lot of homeless people, however we never felt unsafe. Great location in a historical building!

Very nice place, clean, and had everything we needed. Francisco answered any questions we had and was very accommodating and generous. The garden is beautiful and we saw lots of hummingbirds! Very convenient to shopping, the beach, and the airport.

I couldn’t stayed in the apartment because the host informed me that it was flooded. Apparently a pipe broke. He reserved a 5 hotel for us! and paid for it. He always communicated with us to make sure everything was ok.

We had a lovely stay with Damian who was a very responsive host and always sought to satisfy us and find a solution when we had some problems. The apartment is small but very functional, clean and has lots of accessories. The two patios we didn't use often because it was winter, are a plus. The area is very commercial and close to buses as well. In conclusion, we are very satisfied.

A living area features a green armchair and a cream-colored armchair draped with a throw, complemented by a red futon. Various potted plants embellish the space, and a window with light-colored curtains allows natural light. An orange-painted wall adds warmth to the atmosphere.
