The place is very cozy and special. The furnishings show great attention to detail. The house is stylish and very well appointed. The beds are very cozy and bedding and towels are very convincing and pleasant in quality. The view is beautiful. The garden is also very nice and certainly great if you can enjoy the sun outside for even longer. Our dog felt very comfortable. You are close to the beach and for dogs the area is fantastic anyway. But you can also start walking directly from the house and don't necessarily have to take the car. Unfortunately, my friend was allergic to something in the apartment. However, we couldn't really figure out what it was, maybe the beautiful fresh flowers that Marion and Annemiek welcomed us with in the house :) The house is a rarity. I would spend my vacation there again anytime. A dream for humans and dogs :) Highly recommended :)

We really enjoyed it! A hidden paradise in Texel. We were with our daughters of 4 and 2 years old, who had wonderful days. All space to move around for the kids. Between the beautiful flowers, green grass, plants, the chickens, a cat and with Monique in the garden, what a coziness! The garden has sun all day, so you can enjoy every moment of the day outside (with nice weather of course). The cottage is very cozy and has everything you need. Monique is a very sweet hostess, our children felt right at home. We'll be back here next year!

We (2 adults, 3 kids, 1 dog) stayed in Martha's beautiful and very cozy accommodation just before Easter for almost a week. The property is very quietly located in the park. The property and the accommodation itself are very clean and well maintained and left nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. Martha always responded to our inquiries very quickly and kindly.

A sandy beach stretches alongside a calm sea, with sunbathers and various beach setups visible. Umbrellas and sun loungers are scattered across the shore, while tables and chairs with red canopies are positioned on a deck overlooking the beach.

The little house is perfectly situated and has everything you could need. Sarah introduces lots of little homely touches. Loads of greatly sourced local information also. Will come back with my Wife in the near future

the bungalow is perfect and cozy. everything is as in the description. Linda and Ruben were very helpful and lovely. the distance to the beach was the big highlight of our stay, only 10min by bike. and the bikes were perfect as well. we can fully recommend Linda's and Ruben's bungalow. we had a wonderful stay.

Very nice hostess. In the little cottage you immediately feel ‘at home‘. It is very comfortably furnished. The wonderful, very large terrace - with a lot of shared meadow area in front - has sun all day and it is completely windless. That was wonderful now in April. Everything was very clean. Dishcloths and dishwasher tabs are present. A coffee maker with also available filters is also available. Salt, pepper, sugar, and oil should be brought. The water pressure in the shower, indicated in older recessions, did not diminish our stay in any way. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk. And for those who don't want to walk on the beach: The nearest beach booth is immediately at the entrance to the beach. :) All in all a perfect stay. We will be happy to come back. Thanks Karin!!!!

Very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and modern accommodation in a great, quiet location. Dunes, beach and center are within minutes walking distance. We felt very comfortable, our dog Lucy was also very welcome. There were a few delicious attentions for all of us to welcome and always nice deals from the hosts, such as more towels, earlier check-in and later check out. It was a super comfortable stay overall!

We were in North Holland for a short trip with our dog. the check-in was flexible, Hans and Anita very nice and the place very clean, well equipped and warm. We were able to make nice excursions! Gladly come back.

It was super cozy and totally beautiful at Michiel's place. The bungalow has a great garden and in some 100 meters you can rent bicycles and also have a meal. The beach at Paal 17 is great and the Eco Mare is almost on your doorstep. We had a wonderful autumn week on Texel.

We really enjoyed the cottage. Everything was clean and it had everything you need. The kids especially loved the great big garden. The beach was easy to reach by bike, but is also easily accessible on foot. The communication with Svenja was super friendly and the response time to questions was totally fast. We can definitely recommend the cottage.

A very cozy and nicely furnished cottage, close to the sea and the center with a great well-kept garden and plenty of privacy. You immediately feel at home and everything immediately invites you to relax. Jet is a super nice and helpful hostess. Fresh flowers and chocolate as a welcome. You feel very welcome as a guest. Jet gave us tips for excursions and help with bus rides. We had a great week and would be happy to come back. Kind regards and thanks again for everything.

The bungalow is located in a quiet bungalow settlement with restaurant (was unfortunately not open in our time) and playground. Parking for the car can be reached right away. Super nicely furnished bungalow. It was clean and had everything you need. We particularly liked the available games as well as the large fenced garden (with also toys for the children). The stay in the bungalow was very pleasant and everything you need is there. The kitchen is very well equipped! The accommodation is very quiet and by car or bike you can get to the beach very quickly. Apart from a small supermarket, there is nothing nearby, but since we cooked a lot ourselves, that was no problem for us. I highly recommend this place.

We had a very nice time in the apartment and on Texel. Jit was always responsive and was always able to help quickly. The house is wonderfully quiet and the beach, de Koog and de Burg are easily accessible by bicycle - the distances were also easy to do for our 4 year olds. The garden is beautifully landscaped and quiet. The apartment is even nicer after the renovation than in the pictures. It was just wonderful. Thanks for the great time.
