Beautiful place to stay! The house was spacious for 5 people with a beautiful outdoor area as well. The town is walking distance so heaps to do around the area. Geraldine is friendly and super easy to communicate with! She left us a welcome pack with some treats and snacks that were greatly appreciated!! Would definitely be back.

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Family 3 night stay. Exactly as described with lots of extras! Responsive host, great communication. We had some cold nights, great heating and really appreciated the electric blankets! Great spot, with everything we needed, a lovely home away from home. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in Bella's gorgeous cottage. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely recommend and will return if we're ever in Ballarat again. Bella was a very friendly host and was super obliging with check-in and check-out times.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Charter Farm house! The property was beautifully decorated, blending classic old-world charm with modern amenities. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The kids loved the trampoline, while the men had a great time on the tennis court. A perfect retreat for families looking to relax and enjoy some outdoor fun. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Fiona’s was great! The house was very comfortable and tidy and the kids loved the toys in the bedroom! The house had everything we needed and felt very relaxing to stay there. We will definitely be back!

What an amazingly unique property. We had so much fun and loved all the different rooms, the ball pit is so unique and fun and the location was great. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a unique, fun and wonderful experience.

Lynne and Ray met us at the property with the key and showed us around.Nice and spacious with lovely little touches that we appreciated. Lynne and Ray are really nice people and I would recommend anyone to stay at their property.

Beautiful place, I wish I lived there permanently. Very cute loft style vibe, and amazing location. The camera poking in your face as soon as you walk in was a little confronting, but I understand the need for monitoring the front door. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Kyneton. Jane’s communication was prompt and responsive. Cosy and comfortable space with everything needed. Appreciated the chocolate, milk, eggs, bread, coffee. Clean and fresh linen including, washed sofa pillows. Very thoughtful! Also loved the reading nook and selection of books. Easy parking and walk to Kyneton shops and restaurants. Thank you :)

You both are such wonderful people and it shows in the way you treated us—not just a guests but as friends. Your place was a home away from home indeed. It was comfortable, safe, cosy and well equipped. Spending time with you both was indeed the highlight of our trip. It was like visiting the parents. We were welcomed with open arms and made to feel right at home. I think my husband teared up a bit to see how our little one just loved you guys. Thank you for all the generous goodies-milk, cereal, yogurt, juice, chocolates, coffee machine, butter and so much more. So impressed with Lisa’s place. Was just like staying at a friend’s house. Funky and comfortable decor, everything clean and functional, kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, great tv and lots of games and books for kids and big kids. Couldn’t fault it. Oh and the beds are very comfy and it’s nice and quiet. This was our first trip to Ballarat and the location was a great base- we would love to stay again!

It was a flying visit to Ballarat to attend a funeral, so we didn’t really get to spend too much time enjoying the apartment. The apartment was warm, clean and very central, it’s a shame it was only for one night but we very much enjoyed our stay.
