Amanda was very responsive right from start, when we had questions & almost had to reschedule our trip. She was empathetic, accommodating, considerate, & kind host. She provided clear instructions upon check in & even allowed us late check out. My husband & I picked Laurel Cottage to celebrate our 25th anniversary & we couldnt be happier. We were so impressed & in awe of how beautiful it was. It felt like a 5star luxury hotel suite actually even better! The kitchen was stocked & had everything you need to cook a meal. The bed was so comfy & the bathroom was the best part. Everything felt so luxurious & extremely clean.. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the patio/deck as it was rainy. Overall my husband & I had a relaxing peaceful getaway to celebrate. Thank you for the thoughtful anniversary treats. We truly appreciated the hospitality extended to us. Thank you Amanda & Glynn for creating such a wonderful experience. We hope to be back in the summer. 🙏😊

The cottage was right on the water with a beautiful view. The large windows made the space feel big and provided an unobstructed view of the water. We saw birds, ducks, and seals!!!! The host was very friendly and responsive and took care of everything we needed right away. We would highly recommend!

I loved this place- both the upstairs and downstairs were beautiful and open. I loved the walk down to the beach where there were two chairs to sit peacefully. The location is perfect and Sian and Joel were very responsive. Would love to go back again one day!

I had just met a big project deadline, and a few days at this well-maintained, straightforward house on the sea proved relaxing and restorative. I never travel without ear plugs and I used them here to block out street noise (the two bedrooms are at the back of the house, not too far away from the road), resulting in me sleeping like a baby in the very comfortable bed. The house was very clean (it even smelled clean when we first walked in). The kitchen was well-stocked, with a roomy dining table that enjoys beautiful water views in two directions. Because my friend and I are only proficient at making coffee in a standard drip coffeemaker, we were unsuccessful with both the French press and the stove top percolator provided - but that's just us! It was a treat to stay here, I love being on the ocean! Yes, I would stay here again. Thank you!
