2 bedroom house (built 2018) at the ocean, kitchen and two bathrooms with AirCon. Living room/ dining share another AC. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Ideal for Freedivers! We are not in the central tourist spot. My place is perfect for you if you like animals and prefer a quiet stay, away from the hustle & bustle of Alona. You stay on the 2nd floor of a building that is detached from the main house & offers a wonderful sea view. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen and enjoy the breeze on the rooftop terrace. Beaches, restaurants & the main island of Bohol are just a 10min scooter ride away while it takes you 15-20min to get to Napaling reef, Alona beach or the airport.

One of the best experience so far :) It seems more harder that it is to get to Gwendolyn house. Basically you can go to the island on your own or they will come to pick you up to Baclayon pier for a reasonable price. The boat is called 3’s Maria, they will be at the pier waiting for you (pier is not big, impossible not to find them) It takes about 45 min to get to the island and that's it, you are in Paradise :) Each time we got in the water, just in front of Gwendolyn’s house, we saw turtles, and beautiful corals, is not deep at all until you get at the reef. The room and terrace is quiet and peaceful, you can go for a walk around the island, meet the local people and walk at the seaside. No bars or restaurants in the island but they cook amazing food, have water, soft drinks, beer, etc. Don't need to worry. (no huge prices at all) If you are lucky they will take you to see whales and dolphins 😊

Neil's place really felt a home away from home! It had everything we needed for our 9 nights stay and we were able to cook with complete kitchen supplies. We also really liked that the place was near the ocean with a good freediving spot! It saved us the travel and hassle of going elsewhere for freediving. Neil was also very responsive and patient with all our requests. Overall this is a highly recommended place in the area 💯

We were delighted with our stay. The accommodation is impeccable with a lot of attention paid to small details, nothing is missing. Peter and Rowena are always available without ever being invasive. One of the decisive points that caught our attention was the direct access to the sea and we were not disappointed, the place is perfect for snorkeling and diving. It's very quiet, both in the day and night. The downside is that you need a means of transport but we had a car so no problem for us. Thank you for hosting us and don't change anything, everything is perfect.

In a few words, D’ARC Leisure Home by the Sea was a dream. The location and home was absolutely stunning. The home was spotless (I’m not sure at all what a previous guest was talking about!!!). This home is close to everything…10 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to wonderful restaurants. In addition to a beautiful main guest home, the pool and rooftop sitting area are to die for. Overall experience: 10 out of 10 … fabulous!!
