During our trip to the Philippines, this is the best place to stay! We felt like we were family friends! Even the dogs in this house accept you, as if you were already familiar with them! Chic territory, chic apartment, chic hosts, chic dogs, chic island! I didn't even want to leave and I really want to go back there again! Definitely worth the money! The location is very convenient! Perfect apartment for a stay in Tagbilaran. The studio itself is very well decorated with a big, comfortable bed and plenty of natural lighting during the day. We were especially impressed by the kitchen. It got everything (including spices) for cooking your own meal. We would definitely stay here again! (No matter where you stay, I recommend you bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper since there are lots of dogs on the island.)

We stayed at Don and Grace’s place for 20 days — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. I’m currently preparing for a bikini fitness competition and follow a very strict diet. Don went out of his way to accommodate my needs — he even built a grill area after I mentioned it! The internet connection is excellent, perfect for remote work. I had several online meetings without any issues. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were 2–3 people and it was just right, but it can definitely accommodate more. It’s quiet at night, which allowed me to get the rest I needed. The local fish market is a 15–20 minute walk away, and there are small stores nearby for everyday needs. There were thoughtful extras included, like coffee, drinking water, and more — things you really appreciate during a long stay. The peaceful mornings by the river were absolutely priceless. Don and Grace are incredibly responsive. We would love to go back again soon! Highly recommended!

I was travelling with my elderly mom and my young daughter. My mom appreciated the daily housekeeping, my kid loved the pool. For me, what stood out was the location - not too far from key areas but away from the crowded touristy parts. The only concern I raised was the internet - it was weak and kept getting disconnected. It meant I couldn't get some online work done, but also that I just had to surrender to relaxing in Sofia's place. 🙂 And yes, there is a new, friendly owner. Some issues I've previously read in google reviews would no longer be true. 😏

Frank Fort is an incredible stay for people looking to visit around, it has all the kitchenware you’ll likely need (even stove, toast and rice cooker), even for people who are just looking for a comfy night, it has a very nice movie watching setup with a couch and a bed right beside each other on the living room (separate from the main bed) which allows you to watch comfy of movies. Furthermore, the main bedroom had a massive bed, fits 2 people more than enough, and is cooled right enough for comfort, although do note that the bedroom aircon won’t be able to cool down the living room as much as it normally should, but it still gets it cool enough. Overall, the place is fantastic for a stay and definitely a go-to, as long as you are fine with the quite distant location from everything else (for two-persons from the business centers, i.e. BQ, Alturas, Alta and City Square, you pay 60 pesos in tricycle), only Burpy85 is the closest foodplace, but there’s Grab if you need more 😅

The apartment is clean, comfortable (huge bed and huge living room), and easy to access. Wifi is fast and reliable (all of my video calls were stable). Air conditioner is great. Menchie is super communicative and helpful, as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a very nice stay at Jessa's appartment! Everything was perfect, coffee and water was kindly provided! Not so close from the main areas but still easily and quickly reachable by scooter. Very secured area with guards operating all the time. Great swimming pool to relax, also. Thank you Jessa :)
