The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

This beautiful 3-room apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms: Room 1 with 2 x 0.9 m x 2 m single beds, wardrobe, desk and TV. Room 2 with 2 x 0.9 m x 2 m single beds, wardrobe, sofa bed and TV. In both bedrooms, the single beds can be put together as a double bed and an extra bed can be added. The living area offers seating for eating and lounging. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, pots, dishes, spices, etc.

Here you have everything in one. Everything you need is in these 4 walls. You can make yourself comfortable on the big sofa and feel like you're in the cinema with the projector or simply go back to childhood with the retro console. You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.
