Great for walking, I could exercise at night without worries and my senior parents could easily walk to SM Sucat safely Unit - Very clean, convenient, everything was working, and our stay was very comfortable. No AC and window in the other room and the outlet was a bit hard to find but it was still very cozy Host - Great host, very considerate and responsive. Had an early flight with my senior parents and they let us check in early at no extra charge. I really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area - whether it’s a staycation or something else. It’s a very convenient and safe place to stay, the host is very helpful and responsive, and the unit has everything you need. 💯 PS The condo management is kind to cats and let them be! I really love this part too. ☺️

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

Raquel was a great host and very responsive. Place was clean and as described. Nearby to the airport and the neighborhood was peaceful.

We had such a pleasant stay in Ann Marie’s space. The unit was very clean and organized (they even have labels for all the essentials such as gym and pool towels etc.). The space layout was also very well thought of! We’ll definitely go back here if we need a place to stay again in Alabang. Thank you!

Really comfortable place with everything we needed. Very walkable with lots of activity in the park across the street. There are several shopping areas near by with grocery, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The pool is very nice too. Maria was a fabulous host making sure we had everything we needed. She responded quickly to any request or concern.

Lorie is super responsive and accommodating. The place is clean and equipped with what I need, and Lorie communicates what isn’t there so I was well prepared. The place is also super accessible and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, I will book again when I’m back ☺️

Tash's place is great and comfortable. Complete with basic amenities and has a relaxing atmosphere and is clean. Recommending to refurbished/repair old furniture, close the open space ceiling in the bathroom and to provide regular pest control to maintain the cleanliness of the room.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

We had a very good time in Brian’s place. The place is big, perfect for families and the best part is they allow pets. Also, Brian was very responsive and helpful.

Bambie is a super host, she was there to guide me during my reservation. The hassle free checking in, even during the duration of our stay, she made sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. The plus of her condo unit are the groceries ready to be purchased, and the free items for the guest to use and the other plus is the automatic washing machine. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

Great Find. I am satisfied with my stay especially with the unit. The unit has amenities and equipments needed. Private walkable place, has pool and basketball court. Will book again if given a chance.

I stayed for a week and felt completely at home and comfortable. The rate is very reasonable, and the smart lock adds extra convenience, no need to worry about keys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for my next vacation!

The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.

my family really enjoyed staying at Nicolas's house during the holidays. the house was very clean and has everything needed by my family and visitors. it was also very close to nuvali for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. we will surely book the place again in our next visit to the Philippines.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the property. The house was very homely and seemed relatively new. The saltwater pool was enjoyable and the game room was well maintained. We had a great time hanging out by the pool where it was amazingly cool and windy despite the summer heat. It was a bit perplexing how it was so windy despite the high walls around the area. The roofdeck was also a nice spot to see the sunrise. My only comments are that 1 of the 2 aircon units in the living room/kitchen wasn’t working (which thankfully wasn’t an issue because the remaining working 1 was able to provide enough cooling) and that maybe there should be a water dispenser in the property. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely recommend to other groups looking for a nice and family friendly place to get away to.
