Vacation rentals with a patio in Dartmouth

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

Such a lovely spot. Really comfortable, booked it for work and was ideal at the end of the day. Didn't have a car so the hill wasn't quite what I had expected but I should have checked that myself. (Same with only having a microwave, I should have read the description more closely - this makes it ideal for a bolt hole but not cooking). Quiet with beautiful views. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

Great little lower ground floor apartment, very clean and tidy, and nice and modern decor. BIG walk in shower.

What can I say. What a beautiful apartment that was even better than the photos. A lot of attention to detail and stylish decoration with the most amazing outside area with views of Salcombe. Spotless clean and appreciated the early check in and offer to leave our car after we had checked out. Pauline was great and sent lots of recommendations of places to eat and walk, with it being our first time there. Small touches of tea, coffee and cake when you arrive. Could not fault anything.

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

Just got back from a lovely few days break in this beautiful cottage. James is a very welcoming and friendly host and along with the information book in the cottage we had everything we needed to know. The cottage was just perfect and the outside and surrounding garden is like a scene from a fairytale. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation , then this is definitely the place. Inside the cottage , there are lots of beautiful original features alongside more modern amenities. Everything that you could possibly need to make your stay more comfortable has been carefully thought about by the hosts. It’s in a great location to get to places like Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham. All in all a fabulous place to stay for some much needed R&R.

Beautiful, comfortable, stylish accommodation. Thoughtfully furnished and immaculate throughout. Andrew was such a helpful and thoughtful host. Would certainly recommend this 5 star accommodation for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area of the South Hams.

Dear Andrew and Wendy, thanks for the lovely time we had staying at The Studio - It was perfect and very clean with every need thought about so we wanted for nothing! It was fun to meet Harvey and Buddy too. Had great sleeps after long days out as it was so tranquil. Would not hesitate to book again if in the area. We enjoyed visiting Bantham Beach, the Salcombe area and Overbecks Gardens (parking at East Soar and walking). Also ate lunch at Outside just along the road which is a very cool place. Great communications from the host with some suggestions for walks/ days out and also responsive to queries. The accommodation itself is lovely and as per the photos. The real gem is the lovely waterfront view, especially enjoyed in the late afternoon sunshine. We liked Calstock and enjoyed the walk around the wetlands and to Cotehele and back and the mobile Pizza on Wednesday evenings is to be recommended. The Calstock ferry had just restarted and this would also be a nice way to head up to Cotehele and back once the schedule is fully established. Provisions need to be brought in from outside the village though, we found the Asda Express near Gunnislake pretty good for that.

We had a great stay at Portia's for bank holiday weekend. The den is very well equipped and we found it a peaceful place to stay.

Sarah’s house is beautifully decorated, with everything one could possibly need. It’s always a treat to find things like milk in the fridge, olive oil and kitchen roll… amongst all the other useful amenities. The bed linen is so soft, offering a feeling of luxury and there were plenty of fluffy towels. Kingswear is quieter than Dartmouth, which we appreciated, but there are still a couple of pubs to enjoy, and getting over to Dartmouth is very easy. We bought a collection of delicious food from Petite Pantry in Kingswear, on the walk down to the car ferry. The highlight of our stay was walking along the SW coast path to Coleton Fishacre, the views on the way are jaw dropping, and this National Trust property is most certainly worth a visit. Thank you Sarah for being a wonderful host - our two night stay was greatly appreciated by us all and who couldn’t feel relaxed looking out onto those views… simply magical.

Lovely house in a beautiful location, one of the best Airbnb properties we've stayed in, the house is spacious and comfortable, Kingswear is beautiful with a couple of cracking pubs and getting to Dartmouth is really easy, couldn't fault it.

A beautiful and spacious apartment with a delightful patio garden, offering a charming view over Brixham. Comfortable and well equipped, the apartment was spotless. Moira was warm and welcoming. I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Karens place is beautifully decorated there is nothing gone to chance this place is exceptionally well presented, its absolutely beautiful and great value for money, I stayed there whilst I was working away so was a bit gutted I couldn't enjoy it longer! this is a must if in the area, it has everything a couple or family could wish for, I'd love to return with my family!

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)

Sandie and Dan communicated extremely well and were even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the normal check in time as we had an event to attend. The property was clean and tidy and instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Plymouth. The only issue we had was parking via the ringGo app which for some reason wouldn't work and the phone number on the sign on the street didnt work so i was unable to pay so im now expecting a fine. However this was not in anyway the fault of the hosts just something to bare in mind for future guests. I would recommend dowloading and setting up the ringGo app pre arrival.
